Spring Valley Golf Course

Nice course, very relaxed atmosphere. Course is just coming out so there are a few bald spots on the fairways. Greens are in good shape. The group in front of us was just out for a good time so their pace wasn't the best. Weather was perfect, sunny and not a hint of wind. This course is relatively flat so if you have to walk it's a good choice.

I was vey disappointed with the conditions of the course after being closed for several weeks. I have played this course many times over the course of many years and I have never seen it in such bad shape. The fairways had very little grass and the tee boxes were very rough. The greens were very bad and had lots of sand covering all the worn out and non grassy areas. It wasn't even worth trying to putt on many of the greens. Since all the courses have opened back up, they are all in great shape except this one. I don't think anything was done to take care of the course during the closure and that is a shame because I have always enjoyed playing this course..

I understand there being issues during covid-19. Certain groups did not respect their proper tee time which caused backups on the back 9. Please tee off at your scheduled time and scheduled group to keep things moving especially in this time. We’re all thankful to get out on the course so please respect the course rules.

Laid back casual course (very Colorado). Very friendly and professional staff. Although it’s a private course with public tee times, not once did I feel as though I was an outsider. The front 9 feels a little like a links/ plains course. Wide open but technical at the same time. The back 9 were more funky and absolutely beautiful. Totally different feel between the two. I can not wait to play here again. Wonderful course. Greens were in great shape. Some played faster than others which I enjoyed. I appreciated the challenge. Holes 16 and 17 were my favorite.

I have played this course quite a few times and I have always had fun and enjoyed the course as well as the company. Get out there and enjoy it and maybe find a new course to put in your rotation.

Very enjoyable round. Winter conditions exist. Don’t expect much green grass, but course is in good shape nonetheless. Nice staff. Good value. I will come back in late spring when this course gets a bit greener. Played super fast in three + hours. Two groups let us through, and we let a single blow by us. All good.

It was a beautiful day and the course was a little soggy in places but played great. The staff was excellent as always and we played in under 3 hours.

Course had standing water and was torn up in some fairways. Otherwise, was very nice course for the cost. Not many people playing so made pace better than normal.

The staff is outstanding. Justin is always friendly and professional. They care about their members and guests. The team goas Above and beyond the expectations.

Course was very flat, but well manicured and challenging.

The front nine It’s like a muni. The back nine is like a championship golf course. We played the tips and it was not challenging on the front but extremely challenging on the back, the tips were 70 yards behind the blues on the back. Very fun back nine! The front could use a little love. Overall, great deal and great golf course for the money.
