RiverWatch Golf Club

Riverwatch, like so many others courses in the area, have raised their rates. That would not be an issue if the additional cost came with a marshal to keep the pace of play going. We had a 4 some in front of us that would hit multiple balls, from the tee, fairway, wherever. 5 1/2+ hr rounds should not be the norm or accepted. You should not have to wait for the group in front of you to tee off on every hole. Great course, great people. Desperately needs a marshall.

Great course with a challenging layout. Tight landing areas make you have to play to targets. Only issue with the course was the bunkers were not well maintained. But overall really happy with our experience, and fantastic value for the money. Will be back!

Had heard about Riverwatch for a number of years. Due to trees, decided to play up a tee and still really enjoyed the round. Staff all around were great, friendly, and helpful. First group off for the day, so greens were soaked due to irrigation just finishing, but course was in great condition. Fair, fun challenge due to hills and trees, but not too difficult to make you not want to come back. My only complaint on condition is not with the staff and their fine maintenance, its with other players not fixing ball marks on greens. I spent more time fixing other players marks than I did my own. Please take care of the course you are playing and have respect for those following you.

Course was in great shape. Wasn't overcrowded and has a great selection of food in the clubhouse. You will be impressed by how well everything is kept and the challenging course will keep you engaged.

This course is quite challenging and your approach shot is crucial on pretty much every hole. Greens roll true and the fairways are always in great condition and the ball sits up great on the zoysia grass. Staff is great here as well.

Came to TN from FL for my son's weekend birthday bash which came with 36 holes at Riverwatch on Saturday. The short review is "Amazing, fun course, in great shape, with Amazing, welcoming, clubhouse and restaurant staff". The longer review starts now. This is great layout. However, if you've ever played hill top golf you know you've got to hit it in the right spots. There are some blind spots, but if you know where to hit it you get rewarded. The par 3s are all lengthy so no layups there. However, par 5's give you a good look at getting a few strokes back if you have courage. The greens are all plenty large enough and are rolling great!!! However, there are no flat putt so prepare yourself for a couple 3 putts. Can't wait to play here again!!

Conditions on this great course have never been better. Greens played fast and true. Fairways are in great shape with plenty of roll.

Really like this course and the folks who manage it. However, today, pace of play was slower than usual due too many trying to start at the same time. Course really bogged down. A starter would help alleviate this.

Second time here and i love coming here despite the 1 hour drive. Great course, great staff. Course is challenging if you cant hit it straight but very scenic.

Will continue to come to this course.

Beautiful course. Hard, fast greens. Excellent, friendly and accommodating staff. Course is tricky - sloping fairways and run-off areas. You’ll play better the second time once you learn the bailout areas.
