The Courses at Watters Creek - Player's Course

Played the 9 hole with one of my friends. Nice little 9, was able to go around twice in 3 hours, probably could have finished faster but the friend I was playing with was a beginner. Definitely coming back and trying out the 18.

I’ve played at private clubs, municipal courses, and neighborhood greens.

There are enough longer par 3s in addition to the par 4s to give you some good usage of the driver. The lawn is really well kept.

And to be able to get a cart included for the relatively low fee is a plus

It was a great and quick one hour round. Conditions were great. All round good time.

At first sight this par 30 9-hole looks like the perfect place to work on irons and get beginners some confidence. I brought my dad who is just getting back into the game. Having him wait an average of 7 minutes a hole on golfers not aware of their pace was a terrible introduction. If my dad can stay in play and keep pace, anyone can! The course doesn't manage the first tee so getting around for another 9 seemed unbearable. It's surprising that a course so well known for conditions would allow the par 30 to be so poorly groomed. I was disappointed.

The course was good and in good condition. I was hoping for a little longer par 3s, but it’s a great place to practice.

Easy course - Players, par 30 course. Itv would be great to have the snack cart drive around once in a while.

My son and I had a great time playing 9 holes here! Given we haven’t had real rain in over a month and it’s been over 100 degrees for like two weeks straight, the course was is pretty good shape. Pace of play was alright, we were stuck behind a larger group and often felt rushed by the pair behind us but it wasn’t the worst I’ve experienced. The layout was a little confusing and in some cases cramped. There were a couple of holes where the courses seemingly blended together which left a group from a different hole searching for their ball on a different hole, but luckily that was only for a couple of holes. All in all, we’d definitely come back!

First time playing the nine hole course. Had a great time getting in a quick round with my son who is just starting to play. Will definitely play again.
