Good place for some practice!
Pretty decent (9) hole course with (2) pin locations per hole. Not the longest course but if you tend to hit wayward shots, you WILL be in trouble, especially the beginning holes. Greens were recently aerated but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they are usually good. Pace of play was great, was able to finish (9) holes in under an hour (single player at 10am, Saturday). One thing I would like to see is a taller flagstick or some kind of pin location marker for the 9th hole. If you're hitting from the back tees, you cannot see the green (drivable green for long hitters)! I would certainly come back to work on parts of my game but this course wasn't as thrilling/challenging as other places I've played.
Nice course to get in some practice!
Pretty decent, all around course. Only 9 holes but does have (2) pin locations per hole, so you can play the other flag for the "back 9". Greens were recently aerated, making putting an issue, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they are usually good. Pace of play was also great, finished 9 in under an hour (single player @ 10am). Not a very long course but if you hit wayward shots, you WILL lose your ball. I'd come back to sharpen up parts of my game but it wasn't an exciting/challenging course for me.
Heritage Creek Reviee
The course is challenging with big undulating greens. For the average golferthe course plays harder than you would think. You really can pay the price for wayward shots. It is a nice golfing experience.
Best bang for the buck
9 holes of golf
Some of the tee boxes are a little rough but overall the course is in good shape.
FYI it takes a good 5 minutes cart drive to the first hole and another 5 minutes to get back to the parking lot. Figure that in when planning to play.
Tee Times Are Useless
Checked in around 9:30am for a 10:10 tee time. I didn’t know if traffic would be bad (20 mi) so figured early was good. Gentleman sent me off immediately so I figured it was dead. And it was ok for the first three holes. Then I hit the traffic jam toward hole 5. By hole seven, we had 2 foursomes, 2 twosomes, and two singles stacked up waiting to tee off. Waited about 10 minutes before I had enough. I realized the foursome who already teed off were only about halfway down the fairway. It seemed like they had all taken 3-4 strokes at that point. I decided to go around. Thank god. I played holes 8 and 9, went back to 7 where the last of the traffic jam was just teeing off. Greens were awful. Layout awful. Experience awful. Even though it was only $10, it felt like I paid $10 to get kicked in the nuts.
A nice 9 hole layout.
Don't be deceived by the distance. This little jem is all you can handle. The greens are large and not getting in the right position will cost you. I enjoyed this course and would definitEly recommend it.0
Two pins on each hole distracting
Course layout was a bit interesting but having two flags (back/front nine) was not good. This is a nine hole course.. Embrace it. No one is going to choose to go around twice because of the two holes cut on each hole. Very distracting.
Nice course
9 hole golf course on Golfnow hot deal great price for a nice course.
Never Again
Just not worth it....
Booked on GolfNow but course/“ pro-shop” unwilling to switch tee time, even later that day, bc of a storm.
Awoke to steady rain, called shop to ask for another time for round, No. requested hour delay since radar showed storm passing then. No, despite totally open due to Monday after 7/4 holiday. Showed up, went out in drizzle but heavy rain after 1st. Called, asked for rain check, No.
Even course worker on 1st green said “ should be cart path only if not closed”.
Was told that I could return to “ pro shop” to speak to owner..
I realize it’s just a 9 hole course, but doesn’t a little consideration go s long way? They were empty and course was very very, very wet... and I ultimately asked nicely for a simple delay so I wouldn’t get soaked...and was met with indifference.
Too many other options in nice area to deal with that attitude!
Not bad for the money
Could be a very nice course some day.
Only 9 holes but is a challenging course.
Pressure
To close to houses on some holes. To many people on course. Crowded. Staff very friendly. Golf carts a little worn and could have seat covers applied at little cost.
Great time
Enjoyed the course a lot! Great greens beautiful fairways and decent tee boxes. Customer service 10/10! Only a 9 hole course but we’ll worth it for a quick game.
