Great course and friendly staff
I was greeted by friendly golf pro and staff. First time playing here and it was a wonderful course and layout. Golf carts are newer and in good repair. Highly recommend.
Great Muni !!!
Haven't play that many courses, but this is the best Mini I've played since Rancho Park in LA in the 70s.
Greens are fast and true, under good repair. Trees come into play on most longer holes and water on several holes, too. Elevation change makes things challenging. Even the carts were on excellent shape and well charges. Price is right also.
I played the front nine twice breaking off from a group, though I heard the back nine may be better.
The 9th green requires a good shot to get to a back pin position. Assuming you get up there from off the green, delicate putting is needed to keep from rolling 20-25 yards to the front of the green.
Thanks !!!
A day with tiger
Greens always great....fast..... interesting putts.........great bar.........2 practice putting greens......gold, white, and blue tees......some leaves...... November
Hidden Gem
The course is relatively short. It's best defense is the very small, undulated, firm and fast greens. And what a defense it is.
You better be chipping the ball well in order to score.
There are some unique holes like number 14. A 230 yard par 4. Straight up the hill with an elevated green shaped like a turtles back. Not a give me par.
You really have to think your way around this course based on pin positions and best place to miss.
The staff is very nice and the price is right.
It's a heck of a deal. I love the place.
Cold windy day
Very interesting layout, distances, greens.....bar and food.....used GPS app.....worked.....
If only the staff….
The course itself was not bad. The hole location the greens were challenging. However some of the hole placements were not reasonable for a weekend golfer, PGA maybe. The course was in decent shape, a couple small areas that need a little maintenance.
Now the less than desirable aspects. As I walked up to the pro shop a woman was sitting outside complaining about how busy they been. I would think that would be a good thing. The gentleman i. The club house; no greeting until after I spoke. Tired from the busy day I guess. He assigns the cart and. States have the cart in by 2.5 hours from my tee time. So to say the least I felt rushed as most courses I have played across the country have about a 3 hour 5o minutes pace of play..
Overall not bad, but I will probably play elsewhere in the future.
Fun course
This was a fun course that was in good condition. Greens played fast which made for a nice challenge. My one issue with the course is there isn’t enough clear signage for tee box locations or hole layouts. We made it work, but some signage would have made the day easier. I would play there again!
Fun but tight
Front nine is tight tree lined back nine is more open, greens were excellent.
Poor condition
The smallest fastest and slopiest greens in Arkansas
So much potential
I had a great day playing here. The greens were in great shape, and the fairway was mostly, as well. Ground under repair was clearly marked, but once you get into the rough, it’s pretty hit or miss. The greens are small and the layout challenging, but sometimes it feels like you’re on top of each other from hole to hole. It would feel really crowded when busy.
