Good Roll
Course was very dry although there were still small spots of snow in the shady areas. Greens were quite hard so no ball marks were made. Fairways were very firm so ball roll out was outstanding. Basically, Quail Dunes is still in winter mode, with no irrigation yet. All that said, the course is still very fun to play. It is a more relaxed environment there with no real starter and no marshals, yet the pace of play is good. Staff is always friendly and accommodating, and price/value is outstanding, especially with Hot Deals. It was cart path only due to dryness which added a good physical workout. Would recommend and we will be back often.
Great Course!
It's cold out in December. Was a nicer day though and got 18 in. Considering the time of year the course was in great shape. About 6 greens shut down so prepare for make shift fairway greens. Fairways are fast and helping with longer drives. Ball marks are very shallow so fix ball marks gently.
Great course!
No sandtraps but challenging rough and natural areas. Few greens really require good placement to score. Course always has a fast pace which i love. They are clearing out the Pro Shop for all new stuff and the Kitchen is under new management and running great! Larger practice green for putting and nice Range. Overall, it's a gem hidden on the prairie.
Great course
Course was in great shape for the most part. Back 9 is a must play if you visit the course. Fairways and rough in great shape and overall a fantastic course to play.
Great course to play for the money
I have played several courses in the Eastern part of Colorado and the north east metro area of Denver and this one rates very high. Not a lot of hazards if you are looking for that but the overall course was still very challenging.
I am not a good golfer by any means, but the course challenged me as much as any course I play and was in great shape.
Comfort
My wife and I drive up from Thornton simply because we feel sooooooo COMFORTABLE... Feeling at home from
the Clubhouse greeting too EVERY SINGLE person we've encountered, kindness always seems to be the word of the day 😁😊😁.......the BEAUTIFUL course is both challenging and fun, never disappointed!!
Gem on the eastern plains
Very nice course only a little over an hour from Denver .course in good condition no pressure from being over booked like most/all Front Range courses. Defiantly will be back.
Hidden Gem!!
Quail Dunes Golf Course is a very unique course located in Ft Morgan that has great greens, awesome fairways, and lots of trees. This course is fun to get away from the city and all the packed courses near and close to the Denver Co area.
Great day of golf ⛳️ on a great course.
My husband and I decided to go golf different courses and this one was one of our favorites so far in northeast Colorado .
