Everything is in pretty good shape for what I would consider still early in the season
Course in Greeley you can get on!
Boomerang is a decent layout, course anyone can play. Room to spray it around some and greens that are not to tricky. Good experience. Make a note the back nine is cut up and even has a temporary green with construction of a school in the center of the back 9. Could make the back nine less desirable, will have to wait and see until construction is completed and the back 9 is put back to normal play again. Go play the course anyway, a decent value and good views of the mountains while playing. Carts were good, however no windshields and the wind was cool.

Was very reasonable , in awesome shape and I was fortunate enough to play along with another single and have made a good friend from the round !
Fun to play, putting on the fairway a little odd. But its do to construction.
Boomerang
Course was just okay. Back 9 was under construction so signs weren’t accurate, tons of par 3s , trash on parts of course. Would wait til course was not under construction if I ever came back
Back nine under construction
Unfortunately the back nine is being altered to accommodate a new school. #10 is now par 3, #13 is now par 3. On a positive note the greens are immaculate.
Nice Front Nine
Overall, a nice enjoyable course. Front nine is in great condition. Back nine is under construction. Two holes are converted from par 4s to par 3s. One hole has a green cut into the fairway. This explains the great price discount.
South 9 being reworked
Course conditions are lush. Greens are in good shape. Presently playing par 70 with a major redesign of the south 9 as putting buildings on the interior of the loop.
Good course
Fairways and greens were well kept. Greens were a little slow, but no blemishes. Rough is a little thick but manageable. OB and houses on a lot of holes, so staying in the fairways Can help you shoot low. Greens were receptive. Pretty straight up course, no real difficulties/trouble on the course.
This course would have been rated higher if there wasn’t construction going on that shorted multiple holes to include a par 4 turned into a par three with a temp green cut in the fairway. (This hole seems to be a tough par 4 with water up the entire right.) unfortunate.
Bunkers also hurt the overall rating. They are more like soft diet but full of rocks.
Good range hitting surface. Large putting green, and a chipping area.
Great course
If not for the construction on the back nine the rating would be 5 stars. Excellent greens!

Some construction on the back nine, a couple temp greens, but other than that it was all good.
