Excellent front range golf course
A hidden gem off the beaten path a bit but easy to get to. It’s a shorter course than most but still challenges you on each shot. Value for the golf was great. Plan to play there if in the area.
Not Child Friendly
Drove 100 miles from Cheyenne for a rare day with my wife and son. We were turned away breaking my son’s heart because he wasn’t old enough to ride on the cart with his mother. I have signed waivers in the past at much more prestigious and reputable courses. This place is a joke. My 3year old knows more golf etiquette than these clowns.
Turned away because I have a child
I have signed waivers at much nicer and more reputable courses. This place is shady rundown with a 3.9 I should have known
Monday morning golf
Arrived early and got setup for the round, I was able to check in on line. Practiced on the chipping green and waited for my tee time. The course was in good shape and there have been some improvement to the golf course. The round took about 4 hours which is not too bad. If you time it right you can finish in 3 1/2 hours. The greens are well maintained, not many rough areas.
Amazing!
What can I say this course is awesome as always!!! Love playing here!!!
Madd Russian is madd cool
Love this golf course! It plays great! It's fun, and has fun water features and interesting hazards. Start to finish was around 3 hours. Can't beat that. Would go again. Friendly staff.
Always Enjoyable
Have played Mad Russian quite a few times over the past couple of years. Staff is ALWAYS friendly, making you feel at home. Course still green and fresh. A few leaves were blowing on the course on a very windy day, making it a little challenging to find balls occasionally but crew was out cleaning them up. We recommend trying the course if you haven’t played there.
Great times terrible scorecards
I love this place. The staff are always friendly and treat everyone, especially my kid, like they belong there. The range is solid, the course is fun and challenging, and the greens have some wicked pin placements that can turn a par into a double real quick if you miss on the wrong side. Every round feels relaxed and welcoming, even when I’m playing like absolute garbage. It’s got that laid-back local vibe where you can just enjoy being out there. Definitely one of my favorite spots to unwind, hack it around, and still walk away smiling.
Day at Mad Russian
The weather was perfect and the company great. The course was in great shape. They will need to have someone bringing drinks around on warm days.
Really fun course that’s well maintained
Everyone was really friendly and course was well maintained even after it raining all day the day before. Layout is interesting and you’ve got to keep a sharp eye out for the signage but other than that really nice course
Nice Course
Very nice course. Enjoyed the layout and elevation changes.
Sunday golf
Play on a Sunday is always busy, so you just have to wait a bit at some of the par 3’s. The group I played with was great. With the pace of play walking would be faster for some. Wish they would allow walking on weekends. The guys in the carts are really not that much quicker.
Solid course
Played a quick 9 holes and was pleased by the game pace and golf course lay out. Some water and uphill/downhill. Fun very open course
