Twin Peaks Golf Course

Booked this course as it was available for the time I wished to play that day. Course was in decent shape. Fairways were green and well kept, greens were consistent and had average speed. The course is a little different as there are no cart paths. So navigating the course from hole to hole was a bit challenging, luckily I got paired up with some locals, that helped. Pace of play was good, with very little wait times.

The course did not have any interesting holes. The greens were very slow and the sand bunkers were slopped so that most times the ball would roll up against the lip of the bunker making it difficult to get a club on the ball. This course was not very lady friendly.

The last time we played Twin Peaks the course was in poor shape which was a year ago. They have subsequently done a lot of work to get the course back into good playing shape so I give them lots of credit for that. The price is reasonable, the fairways are full and green which is good given our current drought conditions. The roughs are thick and difficult, but the fairways are wide and forgiving for wandering shots. I gave it a moderate rating for difficulty, because there is not a lot of unique challenges. The greens are all surrounded by berms with entrance from a smaller front, but there is little variation in them until you get onto the green. If you are a good enough golfer to hit greens with approaches, it is a good course to play, but for the rest of us, hitting over the berms to get onto the greens or having to leave it short to get through the gap in the front is a bit repetitive. That said, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the setting is beautiful and it is worth a try.

Nice course and it wasn’t crowded. The crew has done a wonderful job maintaining the greens. We enjoyed the pace as there weren’t groups on top of each other rather spaced nicely. Much appreciated and made the pace of play enjoyable. First time at this course and I would return based on the pace, greens, and friendliness of staff.

The course was in great shape. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It’s a nice casual course.

Given the drought conditions in Colorado, the condition of the course was exceptional. Appreciate having my own cart as a single.

Course was in better shape than most in NoCo in my opinion.

Could use another par 5. Make it a 71. 😁

Straight forward and in very good condition. Kind of boring...all the holes seem the same. The challenge is the length, narrow fairways, and thick juicy rough. I would play again especially on a hot deal.

Just got back into golf. The course layout and condition is very nice. Fairways and each cut around the green are appropriate. I enjoyed being able to play 18 holes in less than 4 hours. (0640) T.time. rented a set of sticks and played decent. Would strongly encourage anyone in the area to play. Go low hit em straight and roll em in
