About
Twin Peaks Golf Course has a traditional layout that appeals to players of all skill levels. It's a public course that is situated less than an hour from downtown Denver. The player-friendly layout has a mix of straightforward holes and doglegs. The course is wide open, offering uninterrupted views of Long's Peak. Though the fairways are flat and generous, be prepared for the elevated greens. If you miss them you'll be faced with difficult uphill and downhill chip shots from the surrounding mounding. The golf course also requires a bit of accuracy due to a few strategically placed trees. There are a few tricky holes but overall it's a layout that beginners can feel confident approaching. In addition to the course, Twin Peaks G.C. has a practice facility complete with a driving range as well as chipping and putting greens.

PGA Pro Keith Martin is a National Treasure
Was welcomed personally by the PGA Pro, Keith Martin, upon arrival. Checked in by the starter who was also incredibly friendly. Both went above and beyond to make an exceptional experience. Pro shop was well stocked with lots of sale items. Snack bar was also a delight - several homemade items to choose from and the service was quick. Will be back!

Pace of play
Pace of play is one the slowest I’ve played this year.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback as we will use your review to better the experience going forward. We hope you give us another try in the near future!
Wow! $60+ to play 18 in puddles (literal puddles) and to be hounded by an over zealous timekeeper all day because the scramble group behind us was waiting (you mean scrambles move faster than standard play?)
The course was soaking wet. There was a rain the evening before, so expected a bit of moisture, but apparently the course also got "a good watering" after the rain. Who is in charge of the irrigation system? The turf depressed th the point that there were puddles under our feet on several of the greens.
Add to this that the pace keeper continuously hounded us all day - telling us to speed up because the scramble group begins us was waiting. We teed off at 8:10 (the starter was 20 minutes behind) and sunk our last putt by 12:08 despite the course conditions.
I would not recommend this course. I had heard good things about it before booing but will never return.

Slow Pace
The group 2 groups ahead of me was playing at a 20 min per hole pace and there was no marshall in sight to enforce pace of play. Waited on 4 separate tee boxes with the group ahead of us. It should never take 3 hours for 9 holes.

Slow play
The group in front of us had 5 players so we had to wait on almost every hole. On about the 11th hole another twosome caught up and joined us but even then we had to wait. Very frustrating.

Visiting club renter
Great staff, great course! This was my first time ever renting clubs. They were a mixed bag of older and dirty when they brought them out but they played fine. Fine enough that I played twice during the week I was in town.
I couldn’t say enough great things about Chuck and the other gentleman on the first day I was there. The two clubhouse guys were super helpful and just solid guys. I will definitely go back.

Twin peaks golf
Thank you for the opportunity to play twin peaks. Longmont, super cool staff and amenities off the the course with Zoey work in the cart was amazing.
Greens were rolling. Pretty nice courses and good shape. A lot of tracks with the golf carts around and the ranges been used a lot but it was a nice outing. Thank you!

This is a nice public course!
Twin Peaks is a mostly wide open course and a great view of the mountains (hence the name). It is not a difficult course, nor is it very easy—just a great public par 70 course.

I should known better
I’ve played this course multiple times and should have known better. But I thought a Tuesday midday tee time would be ok. Quit after 16, over 4 hours in to the round. We saw the group who was two holes behind and I’m sure they are regular players there. No one ever says anything and we never saw a marshal at any time in the round. We drove 40 minutes to play the course. If you’re a local, and have endless time on your hands, this is the course for you.
