Challenging, beautiful course.
Staff was professional and friendly. Course was well maintained and fun to play.
Mountain layout
Course was good for current conditions... Greens were really challenging...
Great Mt Course but not too far from the City
I have played this course 4 years ago when I was just getting back into the game and it killed me, I did not have a chance. After getting much better I went back and loved this place! Still challenging, but fair, fun and a nice what I will call "mini" Mountain Course 30-40 misn South of Denver. Greens were in great shape and I found this just as fun a Pole Creek and other well known Rocky course but much closer, affordable but just a fun.
Tight
This course is tight but it’s also real tight. Hope you can play a draw. Greens are rollercoasters. Very fun
Great golf in Colorado
My brother and I recently played the course and liked the challenge. It helps to be able to work the ball in both directions! Fairways were in nice shape but the greens are fantastic. The greens held nicely while at the same time being the fastest greens I have ever played.
Highly recommend you play here. The starter was a great guy to talk with and I look forward to playing here again.
GREAT LAYOUT AND CHALLENGING AT TIMES
PUTTING IS THE KEY ON THIS COURSE AS IT IS CLOSE TO 12 ON STEMP
Well worth it, fun in the trees
It’s not easy and at times not fair but what fun in the pine trees. Cart paths are a bit rough in places and some hard dry spots just off the fairways, not surprised due to the hot dry conditions recently. The fairways were in overall good condition and the greens were hard and fast. The greens are old school small and demand a good approach, the layout also challenges you from the tee with multiple risk reward options. The pace of play was excellent and our group finished in under four hours on a Monday afternoon. Overall the course is unique, challenging and fun. The clubhouse needs some renovation but offers plenty of amenities, the only disappointment were the cart paths. I played this course years ago and it was in poor condition, this time around it was in great shape and definitely going in the right direction. Considering the available golf in Colorado Springs the wife and I may look into a golf membership, well worth it.
2nd Chance
Played here again after playing two weeks earlier. This is a very challenging course, but very fun to play. Green are tough but great shape.
Great time
We had a great time golfing on Monday afternoon. The course was not crowded and we finished 18 in about 3 1/2 hours so had a good pace. With the drought weather the course was a little dry, but thought it was great considering the weather conditions we've had. Fun course with a lot of trees, which was great !!!
Nice course
Nice golf course. Course was well maintained, staff was friendly. Overall, course was worth the price and will be come back.
