Minnechaug

First time in a long time. It’s a pretty interesting track different types of holes out there some very challenging and then others holes that are just average. The last two holes on the course are great finishing holes. The eighth hole is a par three island green and then the 9th is another part three that you have to hit over water.

We took carts. Between the seventh and the eighth hole is probably an 8th to a quarter of a mile away so you have to drive through this neighborhood that the course is built around in order to find the 8th tee.

Value for the money is wonderful. Can’t wait to come back again.

Slow day

Farmingbury been great but the last couple of times I played the course the pace has been lacking (slow). It’s not fun when you have to wait..on some hole a really long time. Maybe a Ranger would make a difference

Becoming a par 3

1st hole was made into a par 3 for a summer camp event and 2 nd hole has been made into a par 3 for the whole season. That makes 5 of the nine holes par 3s. Pace of play can be very slow.

Great course, vastly improved since the last time I played about 2 years ago. Greens in great shape fairways were great. there is some bald spots and questionable area mostly in the rough areas but they are managable.
