Pretty course
We played 9 holes and the course was in very good shape especially if you stay in the fairway! Moderate difficulty with beautiful natural changes encompassing water and woods. The course is well maintained. We will be back!
Great Condition
The course is always in great shape. Very friendly staff.
Great Coarse
Flow of golf moved along. Coarse was in great condition. Greens were in really good shape.
What a great course
This is a great place !!
The staff is very welcoming and offered me a first responders rate.
The bar staff filled my water bottle and iced it up before heading out to play in the 90’ heat. The layout is amazing and my clubs got a workout as I used a bit of everything in my bag. Big shoutout to the crew maintaining this place the greens and fairways were mint!!!
Thanks again looking forward to playing here soon.
Very nice course, but recommend some improvements
Food and beer selection are great when it is open :(. Would recommend taking down threatening “we will Sue you signs if your ball goes on someone’s property”. Warning signs are every ten feet in some spots, which makes one think you have a pretty good chance of being filmed and sued…..mind you the houses are well placed and not in the line of fire - we are talking about - don’t step over this line! I know of people that won’t play there because of the signs - has to be over 20 signs
Extreme Slow Play
Over the past five years, I’ve played Minnechaug about ten times or so. A few times the play was slow, but today took 2 hours and 50 minutes to play this short nine. Add another twenty minute wait to tee off after our slotted time, and we were frustrated further with the situation.
As detailed in my previous reviews, the layout is a good one and worth playing. Conditions have improved in some places markedly, especially on the third hole, since I played Minnechaug last year.

Go valuv
Perfect 9 hole course, different variety of holes. Enjoyed , will be back
Great place at any price. Very inexpensive.
Excellent playing conditions. I would put the conditions as good or better than other golf courses in the area. Great value. Staff was awesome. Having a friendly ranger on the course helped the pace of play.
Excellent little 9 hole course.
Played here 10-15 times. Always a fun walk to get in a quick 9. Good beginners course for sure. I recently made a scheduling error on this app, and they were able to accommodate me, which I very much appreciate. Will be back soon.
not recommended
the worst pace of play you could imagine. 2.5 hour round if your lucky - more like 3 hour round…friendly reminder this is 9 holes. backups cause golfer frustration and creates tension between other golf groups. won’t be coming back

Pace of play is typically painfully slow
If you are a decent golfer and prefer a reasonable pace of play, this course is not for you. There are a lot of beginners and youth that goof around, which is fine as long as they keep pace. However, the worst are the grown clowns that think they are good and hit into the groups ahead of them, having no clue or decorum. If you go early, beware of rude grounds keepers. If you are prepared for all of this, it's good value.

Thank you for taking the time to review our golf course. We apologize for any negative experiences you may have had while playing with groups who may not have been as experienced. We will do our best to ensure a more pleasant experience for our guests in the future.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review and apologize for the frustration you experienced during your recent visit. We understand the importance of maintaining a good pace of play and will address this issue to ensure a more enjoyable experience for our customers. Thank you for your continued support and feedback.
