Good conditions but poor pace of play
Solo round took nearly 5 hours to finish - greens were in good condition but pace of play is not great
Good Value
Different courses fill different needs. I usually play Manchester Country Club but my buddy needed to play early and was able to get a 7:10 tee time on a saturday morning so thought I'd give this place a try. It's a pretty straight forward course that is forgiving. Some damage on the fairways due to summer conditions but nothing that you couldn't deal with and the greens were in good shape and rolled suprising well for having been airated a week or so ago from the looks. Give them another week and should be nice. The staff was all very friendly, and we played in about 4 hours. Square Peg has started running the restaurant. I would go back when I'm looking to just get out for a fun quick round at a good value. We walked, it's a very walkable course.
A great value course.
I've played here several times this year. The conditions are pretty good for a heavily tracked muni. Greens are really good, fairways could use some work to eliminate bare spots. They're working on drainage issues which will serve them well.
Great golf course
I enjoyed playing here, the layout is kind of challenging.
Greens are in really great conditions.
Slow pace. Rude foursome
No one at this course to monitor pace of play. One foursome would play 50 yards at a time. They had no regard for all the golfers standing around waiting on them. And NO ONE from the course did anything to move things along.
NEVER playing this course again.

Pace of play was very good. Weather was a little hot, but acceptable. greens very nice
Overall good value
This course has come a long way in 3 years. What stands out are the greens, they are in very good shape, soft, and roll well. 80% of the course is green but a few holes’s fairways are in rough shape. I paid $18 to play 18 walking. Great way to working on your game and have fun. Play the blues vs whites, not much difference.
