We had a good time, the greens are starting to show a little ware , but the fairways they fixed have really grown in well the Landscaping seems like every time I go there there’s something new and improved. Please get people to fix their ball marks we go to the restaurant next-door after every round Really like it there.

Love this course great pricing and the course is laid out well. T boxes needed some work but it’s also end of season and to be expected.

greens as always slow but even more so with rain. Clobbered ball w/ putter and still come up short on wet greens. Frustratingly hard after playing a fast greens course ahead of this one.

I can’t pick a time where it wasn’t pleasant to play at Southern Delaware golf club. Including outside bar outside patio and restaurant you can’t go wrong here.

First time at this reinvented course. Overall course conditions were good with a sign of good things to come. Tee boxes needed some care. Greens were medium slow but in very condition. Bunkers were very nicely maintained. Hit a small bucket at their range and was pleased with their practice facility.!?

When all the sprigging takes hold and the tee boxes are cared for, this will be a very nice course. Hopefully sometime this fall. Evidence everywhere of slot of work going into this course. Very nice overall experience. Staff couldn’t have been nicer.

This course surprised us! We played at 7:30 or so and it was beautiful. The new practice facilities are great and the flowers and practice greens look fantastic. The course was beautiful and in great condition. Greens were slower but rolled perfectly. The bunkers were also good with only a few full of water which is great considering the rain fall. For the money this course genuinely didn’t disappoint. Beautiful tree lined fairways, approachable but risky greens, near perfect fairways, friendly staff, comfy golf carts, and a great time. Cheaper than other courses in the area (Baywood, Bear Trap) and was in top notch condition.

Could not get a hot dog at the turn. Restaurant separate from course. Could have gotten something to eat but would have taken too much time to prepare. Only downside but course was great

Fairways in good shape. The rough is very playable. Easy to locate ball if goes in tree line. The greens are slow and firm.

played here when it was rookery north. 100% improvement. Course condition excellent. Staff is excellent. Food and beverage top notch.
