Enjoy this course
tricky greens, ups and downs, good condition all over - really like this course - would definitely recommend
Very well maintained course
Cozy is the world to describe this course. I don't know why, But that's the world jump into my mind when I try to describe it.
The courses condition is great. The layout can be confusing for first time golfers like me but a lot of fun too.
I don't think it's a difficult course, but it's still challenging enough for starters or even experienced players.
Overall I enjoyed my round very much.
Oak Hills Pace of Play
The staff was friendly and helpful. Course in decent shape. The pace of play was slow 18 holes 5 hr 30 mins. Long day!
Nice course but slow play
I don’t understand why all courses don’t have a ranger watching pace of play. We had a 4:30 round. We typically plat in 3:45 if no one slows us down. So that’s 45 minutes of waiting which is too long. It’s a good course, but don’t like the wait.
Starter should know better
Course conditions were very good. However the starter allowed two middle-aged women (who were very new to golf) to join our group. They could not play, and spent the round rolling their ball down the fairways. Course ranger was on our back the whole day. I asked him, why are they even allowed to tee-off. he shrugged; but continued to annoy us. There should be a law. IMO we deserve a make-good for this wasted day. THX
good greens
The course is in good condition. good greens rolled nice the rough is tough fairways in good condition not a long course but challenging. worth playing
Quirky
I enjoy this course although the first seven holes are quirky, kind of like getting the ball in the clowns nose… It’s really about shotmaking and committing to the club, even though the distances are very deceiving due to the changing elevations on many of the holes.
