Fast Greens!
Greens are very fast and challenging compared to most public courses. Fun layout with lots of different strategy!
great course
First time playing. The course was in great shape. The staff was super nice and friendly. The layout and conditions were great. Looking forward to playing it again.
okay but pace of play is
pace of play always seems slower than the other courses I play. Good course but weird layout. i think they should reverse the layout.
Very sad
I had played this course a few times over the years, and while it is quirky, with some dogs legs that are shorter than expected, it was a good track with excellent greens. It is now the ultimate dog track with way too many patches of dirts, where there should be grass. The typical green is heart breaking, with many sections with little or no grass. I will not be playing it again unless there is a change in management. Very sad outcome for an interesting course.
OakHills
If you're not from Norwalk don't expect the starter or others to be very friendly. The starter is smoking a cigar and not wearing a facemask. Obviously been there a long time and not going to change. Very grumpy. Guy getting carts was upset because the carts weren't moving from the "staging" area as he called it. We couldn't go anywhere since the other 4-some was on the tee. When you start a round with 2 grumpy employees it's not a good first impression. Course itself was fun.
