Quarry Ridge Golf Course

Great course, alot of fun challenging holes for all.

Very quiet and peaceful with a nice pace. Rarely saw another group. John and Mike did a fine job and accommodated us with any help needed. While a beautiful venue; walking maybe should be avoided due to the elevation changes. Look carefully for signs when driving as the cart paths are not always intuitive.

The course is carved out of an old rock quarry. If you're a "Hooker" or hit a draw you'll like this course. The steep sides help your ball stay in play often and kick back into the fairway. The starter and the pro in the pro shop couldn't be any nicer. Fairly short course with elevated tee boxes so it plays well shorter than it says. The courses defense is the tight fairways. I only used driver on about 5-6 holes. I'll be going back!

I really liked the layout. Tight and challenging with lots of hills. Unfortunately storms with lightning came in so I was only able to play a few holes. I will surely get back here to play the rest on a sunny day

Almost no one there and we are a threesome. The pro shop guy was obsessed with teaming us up with a fourth, who arrived late. So we get stuck sharing a cart with a guy who is freaking out about sharing a cart because of Covid and brutally slow in his play. He was also out for his round of the year. We tell the pro shop to let him go alone and they won't do it. So we get stuck with the guy for 18 and play a 4.5 hour round where we could have easily been done in 3 hours. Why would they do this on a near empty course??? Poor course management.

It was a 5 hour round which is too long for mid week. We started on the back which was fine, but had people in front of us at the turn. That's just not right. The greens were extremely firm and difficult to hold. Other than that I love the course and will make the hour trip again.

Everything about Quarry is incredible. The views. The layout. The conditions. And a wonderful staff as well. Definitely great value for your money. Must play.

Don’t walk !! You’d have to be a billy goat to walk this course. Having said that, the views are awesome. I imagine in the fall it would be spectacular. Definitely a target golf course. Not a lot of room for small mistakes. Greens are good. Wind was horrible the day we played, which made it extremely difficult. All in all though, a good course.
