Jonathan's Landing Golf Course

Basically a flat course. There’s some mounds and valleys but generally flat.

Good shape, showing some summer wear and tear but a solid 3.5 stars. 4.5 hrs pace on Sunday morning at 9am. Front 9 open, back 9 has short par 4s and a short par 5 The greens were surprisingly slow for a hot day at the end of July. A couple tee boxes were rough but majority of the course is nice. Same with bunkers, a couple had standing water in them, but most were tended too recently. ( more then I can say for other course coming out of COVID)

The staff were great.The course condition was excellent but the pace of play was horrible. We saw a ranger on the first tee but never again. The twosome in front of us took two and three shots off the tee and i counted 15 strokes for the one player on hole one. We passed them after hole 2 only to catch up to more slow slow players. We left after the 9 th hole taking 2 1/2 hours for 9. Also the markings to the next holes were very poor also.

It’s hard to find a challenging course that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg. The course is a rolling style, strategic course with tough bunker and water placement, fast and sloping greens. It was definitely overbooked and we started out 10 min past our tee time. Whole round took about 4 1/2 hours but other than the pace of play, you get what you pay for.

Would not recommend for novice golfers.

It was an absolute beauty of a day I wish my game was as beautiful. Great course for the price so glad they are under new management... Great job fellas!

During this time of no carts, this course is so walker friendly. And the new management is doing a great job. Thank you for being open!

First time playing this course and will probably go back next weekend. The course is in great shape even after weeks of rain. The tee boxes are the best I've seen in a long time, and the fairways are prestine. Keep up the good work! The price makes this course a gem.

I’ve started golfing 2 years ago and want to play as much as possible. New management took johnathans over a year ago and there was immediate improvements. Sure there’ are plenty of tracks that are much nicer. But I’d rather play 3 to 4 rounds here then 1 at another course. It’s a shorter course so if u play long tee it up on the blue or black tee box.

Tried course for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I was greeted by a friendly gentleman as soon as I approached the clubhouse who was busy sanitizing the place between assisting golfers. He quickly confirmed my reservation and gave me directions to the first tee along with a brief but very helpful description of the course. The place was in great shape with the exception of the greens which had just been aerated, but that's normal course maintenance and to be expected in spring. The entire experience was designed to eliminate coronavirus concerns from points of contact (no carts or ball washers, device in cup made it unnecessary to pull flag stick). All that was left for we golfers to do was stay 6 feet apart and enjoy a great day. I am a mid handicapper and found the course challenging but manageable if you can concentrate and play smart golf. Met some cool people as well. I'll be back.

This course has taken huge strides with the new management team. Greens are slick, course is overall better and the staff is a lot friendlier. Recommend this course.

Good time. Course is nice. Good condition for the time of year.
