Thought the course was fantastic! Stunning, fun layout, greens were in pretty good condition considering they were in process of seeding. Only the cards didn’t match the actual hole lengths at times.

Potential for a great course. Owners need to spend money to justify the cost to play. Location is fantastic and could be a great place to play. To much neglect.

Greens were in really bad shape and we were still charged regular price. I really like this course and the layout just want the greens to be ok

The layout is great if you like up and down with some tight tee shots. The downside is that the greens are in terrible shape. Aside from recently being punch and sanded, the amount of sand on the greens is unlike anywhere I have ever played, and most have chunks of green that have been lost and are entirely sand. Fairways were in great shape, tee boxes could use some TLC, but fair for the most part. $25 hot deal was too much money for the state of the greens. Not a local, but if they can get it in good shape I could see it being a hidden treasure.

Played this course 9/29/26 and roughly a year earlier.

The course conditions have improved, especially around the greens. Last year they were all pock-marked and had a considerable amount of dead black patches. This time, many had improved while others still struggled.

Apparently under new management they’re trying to get it back to what it could be, but it won’t happen overnight.

Staff was friendly, course is fun to play and has gorgeous views. Almost like playing 2 different courses: some holes are wide open with sweeping fairways and others are lined on both sides by woods and dares you to take driver (I did once or twice and paid the price).

Could easily be a $70/round course on the weekend if they got the greens and some smaller issues sorted. For now, the hot deal is a a good price for it and I would play it again.

Used to be a hidden gem outside of Chattanooga. Price was a steal for an awesome round. Went back for the first time in a little over a year and was shocked. Tee boxes and fairways were mostly fine, but the greens were extremely poor. Had an 11am Saturday tee time and it looked they hadn’t mowed greens in a weeks. Never mind the crabgrass and dead spots. Place has unmatched potential with incredible layout and awesome views. Staff is still awesome. Not worth the price with current conditions.

I quit playing this course several months back when the course conditions were terrible. I read current reviews that said progress was being made to restore the course back to what it was. There has been a tremendous amount of work done and it is looking much better. The pro shop was very welcoming. I enjoyed a nice round and look forward to the continued improvement. I hope they keep up the good work.

Great experience, spending time with my daughter. It was her first introduction to golf and even though we donated a few balls, overall she had a positive first experience.

Fun course, greens are rough. They are working on getting them back after some issues last year but still have a ways to go. Overall its a fun course

I’ve golfed here for a long time. Came back as it was the only place around that had a tee time when I needed it. Greens are awful, I think they redid them recently and they haven’t fully grown in yet so it’s like putting on and acbe ridden teenagers face.

Tee boxes are mostly okay, minus the ladies tees which don’t seem to have been mown in a while.

Fairways and rough are fine for a lower end course.

People who work there are the best.

No breakfast sos too at Hardee’s when you get off the interstate. Hot dogs, etc don’t run til 12 so no early turn dogs either.

Absolutely awful experience… booked through golf now.. course was closed when we arrived for 8:30 tee time. 25 other golfers booked from Golf now and were put in the same situation.. should of taken tee times off of golf now. Wasted an hour drive to course.. and should of taken themselves off of GolfNow..

We were the only two on the course. I think the locals know the course is in horrible shape.

Beautiful views but maintenance needs to be better. Looks like they mow once a week. The greens are a mess and the fairways are like hitting out of the rough.

Such a shame. It could be a beautiful course.

These were hands down the worst greens I have ever laid eyes on. Most holes there was only green grass on maybe 1/4 of the putting surface. I have played this course in good conditions and its great but when they don't take care of them/ are willing to be negotiable on price when they are is poor shape, it is rather frustrating. Would not recommend going back here until they figure out what they are doing about their greens.

None of the Tee Boxes have been mowed in weeks, the fairway was ankle high, lost numerous balls in the middle of the fairway. All the putting greens have no grass, solid dirt/mud.
