Call before you go
This is not the first time that I’ve played here and run into an issue where the course has booked tee times as well as some sort of event at the same time. My buddy and I meet here since it’s in between Nashville and Atlanta (a 2+ hour drive). Our 10:50 AM tee time yesterday was made a little interesting due to a US Kids Golf tournament that started a little before that. We were told to play the back nine first (pace of play was fine) but then had to wait 30+ minutes to tee off on one while the last groups went out for the tournament. We ended up leaving after playing a total of 12 holes over the course of about four hours. While the course has a fun layout, the amenities, course conditions, and communication about events leave a lot to be desired. They did have cheeseburgers and hot dogs instead of the usual pizza yesterday though, so that was pretty fun.
First Timer
Quirky course. Dried out conditions. Greens were not that good. Back nine much more scenic and enjoyable. Two locals Gary and Dexter made the round enjoyable other than that would not play again if in the area
Beautiful Course in a quiet setting
The course is a lot of fun to play. Greens are forgiving. Electric carts with gps.
Update
The club has a restaurant which is great. Note! I hate the golf carts gps. Even though when there is NO warning about driving on the fairway the cart starts beeping and shuts down. The carts add so much stress I may not go back. We’re talking perfectly dry fairways.
Fun course
Had a few hours to kill while driving through the area. Found this hidden Gem! Great staff super friendly! The course was in good condition for the time of year. I definitely will be back in April

It’s a 10 but…
Honestly really like playing this course. Everything is great except the hole 2 layout and the greens are a terrible putting surface.
Would play it again.
Other than no off-course amenities, everything else is really good.
Hadn’t been here in many years. First came when it was just a nine hole course with my dad. Continues to play for a number of years watching the course develop. Today the course is in fantastic condition withe the exception of one green. They will likely rework it in the fall. Great experience and brought back lots of memories.

This is a fun excellently prepared golf tract by good friendly people.
great course
I play this course a lot. The staff is great and friendly. And the layout is great. the greens are soft and fast. I would like to make a suggestion that would go a long way to help keep the greens in good condition. They need to remind people to fix the ball marks. I fix about 5 on every hole. This is every round I play. Also this course plays much harder than the 111 slope from the blues on the card. Maybe an update on that would be helpful. Overall you cant find a better course in this area. Its a gem.
