Beautiful course
We make this an annual trip. Picture perfect for a weekend. Too bad it is a long car drive to get there or we'd buy a pass.
Bring extra golf balls!
There is no other place like it in the world! I highly recommend putting Priest Lake golf course on your bucket list.
What a great place to get away from it all
The course is kind of tucked away by itself but it sure is a nice place to play. The course had everything: elevation changes, dog legs, straight holes, blind shots, all sizes of greens, crossing back and forth on a street on the back, etc.
The course is in great shape. The natural areas added character to the course. There are quite a few houses that are protected by the thick pines along the fairways.
For the price you pay it would be nice to have GPS in the carts ( which are desperately needed IMO), and actual cart direction signs around the greens instead of spray painting the grass, actual restrooms (not port-o-potties). Favorite holes were 4,7,17,& 18. I eagled #4, my first in two years!
All in all a very enjoyable and beautifully taken care of course.
Excellent remote forested golf course!
I played 18 holes during the week on a deal through GolfNow.com at a significant discount. I have played here before about 11 years ago, and found that the improvements and redesign far exceeded any expectation I had. Conditions of the golf course were excellent and played like a Championship course. I have played in many states at many high end resorts, even played a little on the mini tours in Arizona, and this facility was one of the funnest rounds I've played. Once you hit the backside and there and the course is not full of other players, you get the feel of being out in the forest and on wetlands as well. I love that kind of golf, where you feel as if you are far away from anything, and the only one out on the course. Kind of like playing on you're very own private golf course. Would definitely come back and play.
Great golf course!
I absolutely love this golf course...it's one of my favorites! Such beautiful surroundings!
Great course
Always fun to play with lots of wildlife. In great shape with a great clubhouse and drink options
Golf
They had an amazing back 9
Below average front 9
the front 9 needs a lot of work. funky layout.
We played at 6:30am and no one was there to check us in. clubhouse wasn't open
AJ
We got a discounted rate to play during the hottest part of the day. The front nine layout was pretty straight forward but the conditions we not that great. The fairways were dried out and hard. The back nine was an entirely different situation. The layout was trickier with several blind shots. But the condition of the back nine was excellent. The fairways were pristine and the greens were true.
Beautiful North Idaho!
In spite of a very hot summer, the greens were in excellent shape. The course was hard to read, with no booklet offered, a course tip booklet would be a great addition. Wonderful day, not ever being held up, and no one pushing.
Priest Lake Golf Clurse
The course is absolutely beautiful and in great shape. This a true north idaho course with lots of trees and water. The staff are great an very accommodating. I love priest lake golf course!!
Beautiful, challenging, friendly
My favorite course in the NW! Beautiful, one of a kind place!
A Favorite of Ours!
Great Course, Beautiful Setting! Close to home yet feels like getting away for awhile. We enjoy this course very much. Hope to get back soon.
Hazards galore
Many hazards. Some pretty fair shots end up bad. Very challenging, very beautiful golf coarse. Bring extra balls. Stay at hills resort at Priest Lake. Breathtaking
Gotta put this course on your bucket list
I have played this course for over 10 years, but have not played it in the past 5 years. This course has been recently upgraded and is much more of a challenge than it was. The course has been maintained better than I have ever seen it. The greens are fast, but soft, the fairways are nicely maintained. The front nine will warm you up for a fairly challenging and absolutely beautiful back nine. I live about 50 miles away and will be returning. The staff is very polite and the home town atmosphere here is great!
Wonderful and scenic
Beautiful and scenic. Bring your best game and extra balls.
Will be back soon. I love this course.
A good challenge for experienced golfers
We found the course to be in great condition and a very challenging overall. Look forward to playing it again.
Great Golf Course at Priest Lake
Love this course. The staff are friendly and the course itself is fun to play. It is a good par 72 golf course, and very reasonably priced. The twilight rate is near a $1 per hole to play. The late May, early June conditions can be a bit rough due to punching and getting the course out of it's winter hibernated state, but they do it quickly and the course by the 2nd week of June is awesome. 100% recommend coming up and playing this great little course near Priest Lake.
Fun track on the only course at Priest Lake Idaho
Priest Lake golf course is a fun golf course located at Priest Lake on the west side. It is the only golf course in the area and anybody who lives up here is thankful that we have it.
The course is very score-able on the front nine and then much tougher on the back nine. Staff are friendly, the food is pretty good, and the twilight is always a steal.
Gem in the mountains
The course was in very good condition for being so early in their season. Has a nice variety of hazards and unique yardage markers on the sides if the fairways. Will play it again next year
