Flag Creek Round
Flag Creek is a good 9 hole course , is in very good shape and the greens are okay, could be a little faster.
The layout is good and they have several holes with water in play and the last hole is challenging par 4.
The course is close to where I live and will play again this season.
Great course but they need to space out tee times
Love, love, love this course! Everything about it! Employees, course layout, condition, etc. is spot on! The only improvement I can suggest is that they need to space out the tee times to every 10 or 11 minutes not 9. Unless you come on the "fringe" times, You ALWAYS have to wait. Ruins the experience. We walk nine and average 1 hour and 30 minutes per round.. Yesterday, it took us 2:33 minutes to finish our round. Luckily we were with friends we hadn't seen in a while so we had a lot to talk about while we waited. Hope management reads this. Thank you
Great 9 Hole course
Flagg Creek is a great facility to hold or just hit balls at the range. Would definitely play again.
Excellent nine hole course
Continue to be impressed with the quality of course management for a public 9 hile course that gets a lot of play. We played the day after record rainfall in Chicago area and the course was in excellent shape.
Tricky Greens
Enough said, good luck! Fun little 9er, plenty of opportunities for ALL types of clubs. Will be returning one hundred percent.
Nice nine hole course but time management could be improved
I’d like to see a FC emphasize with all golfers that are going out, irrespective of their level ( Flagg Creek gets a lot of new or inexperienced golfers which is good) that an important aspect of playing a public course is keeping pace. And also some etiquette about hitting into the group in front of them, especially if a ball is approaching somebody to yell “fore.” Our Saturday afternoon experience was several episodes of poor etiquette , and poor course time management —with open holes and then bottlenecks. The Ranger should be in forcing the pace issue. I play there a lot and I would say that this is probably an issue that. seems to happen more with young inexperienced, golfers, and not so much older players, that also make up a large demo of the players.
Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We would love to know how we can earn those last two stars next time! Thanks for playing Flagg Creek Golf Course.
