Fox Creek Golf Club

I've played here multiple times and really like it. The fairways are great, the greens mostly great as well, and tee boxes good. Rough can be long, and the layout is tough, but it's fun. Pace depends on time of day. I've never seen a Marshall or food/drink cart but I've always played weekdays. Pro shop is average or less. The bar is ok but food selection is weak. Not a big fan of the strip poker games in there. I brought my 6 year old daughter there and didn't want to explain that. It has a driving range so that's a plus. Staff is ok. I'll go back.

I stopped going to fox creek yrs ago because the course conditions were pretty bad. I gave them a try yesterday and was very pleased. The fairways and greens were in excellent gondition probably the best i have ever seen them. The pace of play was pretty slow and i never seen a course Marshall monitoring the course. The staff could be a little more friendly but overall a good experience, i will return and play there again.

The pace of play was very slow. As well as we had people right behind us playing that were a little irritated by the pace, but it wasn't our fault. Other than that everything else was great.

Great value if you book on the website. New fairways are great, other than 9 & 18, which I don't think can ever be completely fixed. They could still stand to thin out some wooded areas on the back nine to get some airflow, but the course is sooooo much better than it was a few years ago!

The course is in great shape besides a few tee boxes that need to be redone. I definitely plan to come back and play soon.

Course provides many different shot opportunities. Par 5's and 3's are fun. With just a little work on a few holes this could be a top rate facility.

Fairways and tee boxes are still worn and bare in several after their disastrous loss of most fairways last year. No marshals on course to address not fixing ball marks, hitting into other groups or lollygagging and causing slow play. it is ok to play once or twice a year but not an enjoyable experience outside of the challenge to scoring.

Very nice course, but if you're like me and can't consistently hit a fairway, this isn't for you. Not a lot of space in the rough before going in the deep woods leads to a lot of lost balls.

Was in a twosome that was paired with another twosome at the start. The twosome we were paired with played EXTREMELY slow, took 5 hours for 18 holes, mostly waiting for them to search for balls and endlessly rehit.

I was totally pleased with the course and management , taken by its layout ! and all around beauty.

I was really impressed with The Fox and I can't wait to go back. I am a Ballwin, 'MO resident and I wouldn'T hesitate making the drive to play a round.

We got off to a slow start due to some sloe golfers but the Marshal quickly hurried them along-all went well.

I like all of the water hazards and course is in great condition. The staff took care of us promptly when we needed them.

There is even a old dude selling golf balls on the ninth. He isn't pushy and he had some good deals. Don't judge me. I shop small business.

All-in-all, great place to golf. Got paired with two guys that we have played another round with at a course they had never played.

The pace of play was beyond slow. The course was very wet with almost swampy conditions and many areas were unplayable. The overall experience was miserable.

I played the course a couple of years ago and it was in much better shape and a faster track.

The course is in prestige condition. Fairways are as good as it gets. Speed of green were very good and true. The bunkers could use a little help. The sand looks very good but is actually compacted and hard. I was very impressed with the course. Also, not sure how accurate the distance of tee box by the card or sign. Seems to be much longer then posted on some holes.

It is just 40 min. drive from St. Louis with very good rates.
The condition of golf course is excellent.
Carpet like fairways, smooth beautiful green and very friendly staff.
It is somewhat challenging for a gal like me because it's longer course with a lot of water.
I enjoyed playing there very much!
But I wish the 5-some in front of us were kind enough to let us play through...

Everything was great. I felt the course conditions were of a high quality. The staff was friendly and the carts were clean.

Was happy with the new golf carts because the old carts kept me away.

Great Course, I will recommend it to my family and friends. Very challenging and beautiful. The sand is nice, I should know because I landed in it about four times. Some fairways are tight while others are wide ooen. Lots of opportunities to practice lsying up and getting over the water. All but five holes have water and those five have nice sand traps. Great course and worth the trip and the money. Please nite that I did not actually try the food; I attempted to purchase drinks but there were no staff members around to accommodate us as we were wanting to move on to hole ten. We had a great experience.

The course was in pretty good shape, the fairways haven't grown in yet. Greens where very fast, took s few holes to get use to. All in all had a great time, service was great. Value was also very good.

Fairways horrible, greens good!,give the course a few years!

Course layout is very cool. Leaves needed to be picked up on front side but back was clean. Like to check the condition in mid summer. Needs work, but it looks as though they are making an effort to clean the course up
