Slower play, but great course
Confusion with the starter as everyone was going off 10 and we were not told. Made it to 2 tee before a walk of shame back to #10. Overall, a 5 hour 18 holes, but course was in great shape, the drinks were plentiful and the food was awesome.
Ranger is a jerk
Course is in decent condition …too many dog legs ..especially left. But the ranger was a real jerk.
Slowest course I have played in 6 months
I play this course frequently and this was by far the slowest it has ever been. I have noticed over the last 2-3 months that it is typically slow. The spacing of the tee times needs to be so much better. It took close to 6 hours to play 16 holes. That is absolutely ridiculous! I would pay more money to have the times spaced out more. Please do better OakBrook!
Long day
Play was un-believably slow; waited 5-10 mins on every hole
SLOW
Slowest pace of play in the state. Nice people, great back 9, good practice area, nice bar and patio. Snail pace of play is very unfortunate.

I paid full price for 18 holes after finding the 9th hole we played 3 hours, waiting at each hole for at least15 minutes.
We started at 3 pm and finished only 13 holes at 7 pm it was already dark.
Nice shorter course.
Nice course in good shape, and fairly priced given golf rates these days. Short for my personal preference but still fun track. I’d play it again.
Great Public Course
Course is well kept for the amount of play it handles. Staff is always friendly and they have a great stand patio for after the round!
Course condition bad and deteriorating
Days old pitch marks in repaired
Similarly for tee and fairway divots
Areas of the fairways looking really bad
Something has changed at Oak Brook. It used to be a well maintained course that was at the pricier end for a public course but that was ok given the condition. Not anymore.
Not worth the money. I’d rather play Belmont or Arrowhead
slowest pace of play ever
I have never played a course public or private with such poor course management in terms of pace of play. This was far too expensive for such a dismal experience.
