Great course—horribly slow
Great course. Awesome layout. Friendly. Great shape. But 5 plus hour round on a Tuesday am in October spoiled my first round there. Literally waited on every single hole.
Not much for the $
Nice scenery on this course
You don’t get much more than that for $100
No drinking water on the course
No practice range
Carts are in bad shape

The course is always in great shape and the staff is always very friendly. One of my favorite local Chicagoland courses. Back nine is very challenging which I appreciate. Enjoy your round..
Great Course, But Geese Are Taking Over
I play Seven Bridges a handful of times a year because it's a very challenging course that is usually in good condition. However, this season I've noticed FAR more geese living on the course and their droppings are all over some of the greens. Another annoying thing is the amount of un-repaired ball marks on the greens, which can lead to missed putts. Also, the amount of sand in the traps is pretty inconsistent from hole to hole, which can be annoying. For a high end golf course that is charging $70+ for a round, these things are unacceptable to me. Getting rid of geese and maintaining smooth greens shouldn't be this big of an issue for a higher end course.
Great shape
I haven't played Seven Bridges in more than 20 years. It's a challenging course especially considering the numerous water hazards. Despite that the course is fair. The course has a country club feel and was in fantastic shape. I look forward to playing it again.
