Bad communication
We booked a tee time for 9 o’clock and the course isn’t open. But online everything is still available for booking.
A brisk morning round ...
It was a brisk weather morning the day we played. I assume that due to the weather, there were not many people there so the pace of play was great. Course layout has character - dog legs, lake holes, some "go for it" par 5s. A great value for the money and super friendly staff. The only drawbacks are the roughness of the cart paths and some dated carts. However, I do see effort to improve the paths and heard that updated carts are in their budget for 2025. All in all, a very good experience.
I played yesterday, they have new carts. The paths are still terrible.
Overall
Pretty solid course back 9 pretty challenging, amazing scenery. Would definitely recommend checking it out the cart paths could be better but no complaints!!

I love playing scenic Brook Hill. Given the lack of rain over the past month, the course was in great shape.
Cart paths need major upgrades
Nice course and the staff are all super nice. Cart paths are 0 out of 10. They need a major investment but the course itself is fun and challenging. If they fix the cart paths we would golf here on a regular basis.
Excellent Value
I loved playing at Brook Hill Golf Club. The course layout is pretty good and well maintained. The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars for course conditions was the fairways and greens were really wet from heavy amounts of recent rain. But other than that the course was great. Excel value for the money. I will definitely return to play another round in the future.

Needs work
I do enjoy playing this course but the fairways, rough, and tee boxes all need work. More weeds than grass but n many spots.

Amazing Layout
Course has a stunning layout over very hilly terrain with great views of the surrounding area. While the course has a great layout, it has seen better times as the conditions could be much better from the paths to abandoned bunkers to the carts it all could use some tlc.
Still worth a play for the great layout.
