Could Not Play
Scheduled a tee time through golf now. Got to the course only to be told they had two different leagues playing all day and I couldn’t golf. I prepaid to play and still could not go. They advised me to go to their south course and try to play there but they were also booked. Was not happy about this.
No Golf Carts
The course didn’t have enough golf carts to cover my tee times. They had over 10 people that day that prepaid for carts and could service the requests.
Nobody there, 60+ people waiting
Pulled in 30+ minutes before my tee time (was at 8:37). No staff was there, not on door saying “be back in 5”. Nobody had gone off to this point so 2 hours worth of tee times were backed up. Left before even playing. Will never reserve again. Don’t open booking times if you won’t have staff. Pretty simple concept.
Excellent conditions
Course was in great shape nice green to putt on and good value for the money.
Pleasantly surprised with course conditions
Fairways in good shape and greens in great shape. Some challenging par 3 holes. Played with my wife and son and we really enjoyed the course.
Executive Course?
This course played like an Executive Course. Everything is too close together and most holes were a par 3 if that. The pictures on this site must be from another course, because there wasn't that much green on any of the fairways I played. The staff was very rude as well. And the hut where we went to check in for our reserved tee time was nothing but a very dirty hut. I would never have brought my son-in-law here to play at $36 a person if I had seen these conditions beforehand.
RUDE STAFF & UNKEPT GREENS
This is the worst laid out course I've ever played. From on hole to the next there is no variance or buffer to protect golfers from stray balls. The greens were very unkept and no green at tee boxes. For $36 a person to play this course with a cart, which wasn't really need, was a total waste of time and money. Then to be spoken to so rudely by the staff was just the icing on an ant hill. There is no reason for this course to be so run down when they were packed the whole day. The kind of money that poured through that place in one day you'd think at least the building to check in would be more than a bait shop hut on a river bank. At least that is what it reminded me of, and just as filthy too.
Bang for buck
Great course to work on your irons. Don’t need to bring driver. Great bang for your buck course if you catch a hot deal.
MC South
Very well kept course, all par 3&4, back 9 is pretty challenging. Shooting through gaps and over lots of water, if you go be prepared.
Fun well maintained executive course
This course is a great place to work on short game. 6 par 3’s and 3 par 4’s on both sides. The course was in great shape with exception of tee boxes which were a bit sparse with grass.
If you are looking for a place to tune up your short game or if you are new to the game this is a great option. The greens roll really nice and the fairways, and rough are lush and well kept.
Fun place and not too busy make it a great choice.
Michigan City
The overall course was good, some cart paths need work and tee boxes otherwise 5 stars.
Executive course
The address is incorrect in golf now. Very short executive style course. Nice layout with water and ravines, particularly the back 9.. nice course if you are looking to work on your short game or playing with beginners.
