Greens like concrete

The course is beautiful and the fairways were amazing. But the greens were as hard as concrete and they clearly have not been watering them. My group had a lot of shots that landed on the green from high angles and not one divot. The only way to get the ball to stay on the green was to drop it on the fringe and let it slowly roll on. If it landed on the green, it was going to bounce and roll well off.

Tee boxes were dead along with greens. Sad to see, I’ve seen that course in much better shape

Long Challenging Course

Overall I liked the course. It was spring so the grass was still recovering from winter, hence my course conditions rating.

Some tees and greens will most likely be in better shape as the season progresses.

winter conditions

generally really like this course. fun and challenging layout. winter mat tees for par 3s was a major turnoff. greens were bumpy and inconsistent. In normal season their greens are typically good and fast.
