Fox Run Golf Club

Great value at $20, good value at $27. Nice mix in length of holes from the blue tees.

I play Fox Run about once a month, and with all the rain we've had over the past couple weeks, the course is in fantastic shape. Greens are a bit saturated so they're playing a bit slow.

Now to the fun part...

I tried playing Sunday even though I knew there was a possibility of storms. It was slow going due to two beginners who would not let me play through (don't get me wrong, I'm no pro, but I do keep the pace of play usually above average). Took about two hours to play four holes, and had to leave due to the storm. The clubhouse was more than generous, hooking it up with a full rain check. I plan to play there again within the next week!

This course is great for a last minute chance to play. The greens were a little dry and hard, but it was a warm day out. Other than that... Had a great time.

I really enjoyed playing Fox Run the other day. I haven't played there for several years. I liked all of the improvements that have made. I really like a challenge and several of the holes give that around the water. Nicely done.

The course has a lot of crab grass and odd tufts of grass which makes ball fall into natural divots. That is enough to drive me crazy! Aside from that, the course has a good design and is spread out. Staff sent out players without staggering tee times. We were told to start on hole 10 and when we got there, there was 9 people waiting to tee off and 6 on the course. When we made the turn to begin 1-9 there was 12 people waiting.

Got the round for less than 20 bucks and didn't feel like I
underpaid. Being early in the season may have added to the poor
course conditions, however the course conditions were still worse
than expected. I know that I won't go again if the price isn't similar
to this time. The staff was nice enough, and it is located in a nice area-- very easy to get to from Omaha. Summer should yield better satisfaction. We'll see.

Wide open layout allows you to spray the drives and still be able to recover at times making is rewarding to be aggressive.

Considering the time of year and the weather we have had the course was in great shape. The course always offers a challenge for any level of player, but still has an ease of navigation. Would recommend to anyone.

i checked out many courses in metro area to join. fox run is nice for the price. gonna join

Fun for fall golf, grass a bit lacking in places but this is to be expected in November in the Midwest. Playing alone, finished in 3 hours 10 minutes, despite being behind a group from around #10 on. Great bargain for the price.

From April to the end of November of each year, my two friends and I get out to golf every Saturday. Once a month we visit Fox Run and it has never let us down. The staff are friendly, course is always in good shape and it's a great challenge for the weekend golfer. Thanks Fox Run!

the course has a great challenge for the average golfer with some open fairways and challenging greens

Great value, though course was looking a little round around the edges due to the Summer heat. Hopefully you can use the Fall and Spring and bring it back to a much better playing condition, especially the tee boxes .... most were pretty bad.

Most golfers will enjoy the layout of this course. However, the fairways need some care. This is a very good course to walk as it is flat layout. If the fairways ever grow out, I believe that this course could be a great bargain for the cost to play.
