An course in the middle of town.
Painted hills gets a lot of play and therefore usually very busy. Biggest complaint is the ruff needs to be trimmed a little, no fun trying to find your balls when you are just off the fairway. I will be back in spite of this!
Another “Good Life” disappointment
A trend I see at all “Good Life” courses. Terrible tee boxes. Terrible bunkers. Fairways In desperate need of help. Old worn out carts. Only thing in good condition were the greens.
Actual play
At least they are open, but no carts available and the back 9 is shut down. Only able to walk the front 9 despite what it says on the hot deal.
What have they done
I grew up playing this coarse and it was a great small coarse back in the 90’s. Great Life bought it and I must say it’s on its way down. I just can’t get behind a company that believes it’s okay to not maintain golf coarses. Another Great Life horror story.

Awesome round of golf. Loved the challenge this course offered. Would go back and play over and over again.
slow and overbooked, not in good shape.
We showed up at 1:20 for a 1:56 tee time which we booked on golf now. Did not get a cart until 220 and did not get to tee off till 240, because they over booked the course. The putting green was to messed up to practice on so we just stood and waited .The greens had craters and the fairways were not good. Will not go back.

Worst conditioned course I have ever played by far
Taken care of
The course was in pretty good shape for the fairways and greens for an October round. Had no complaints about the course.
Bird
Course was in good shape overall. Traps were a little iffy in some places but fairways and greens were great.
Best Deal in Town
Great conditions and pace of play!! Great staff. Please consider repairing the sand traps and cutting some of the rough. We will be there again.
Excellent Fairway and green
I played here for the first time. The fairway and green was very good. My USGA Handicap is 17 and I played 3 over gross of 73. It make my day.
Great course for the cost
The course was in great shape considering that they gotten an inch of rain the day before. Tee boxes, fairway and green's had been recently mowed with green in excellent shape.
Surprised by this Course
This course was much better maintained than others in the area. Recommended for sure!
Bad information
We where told that the course was re done and in good shape. It was not. Ter boxes where in terrible shape and fairways sas nothing but crapgrass. Was very disappointed that a member of the company that owns this course would lie about the shape of the course.

Fun Day
Great course for the money. Club house has ice cold beverages and AC..
Greens are in good condition for 95 degree weather.
Terrible condition
This course is rough. It was in terrible condition. Grass was barely mowed in everywhere but the fairways. Swarms of bugs all over the course instead of just sand traps. It was bad.
