Less than impressive conditions. Fairways were non existent. Tee boxes were basically hitting out of rough. Greens were choppy and deteriorating.

The condition of this course is AWFUL. What could be a good track with a decent layout is corrupted by the horrible conditions. The tee boxes barely had any grass, the whole course was basically hard pan, and the greens were rolling about a 3 on the stimpmeter. Unfortunately this seems to be a trend for "Great Life" KC taking over course throughout the metro and making zero investment in maintaining the course. See photos for a better idea of the conditions. My take: Save your money and play somewhere else.

The course had no record of my signing up l had no problem getting on the course but again no record of booking ahead online

First time I have played here since new ownership. Used to play weekly ten years ago and it was a great track. Not anymore! They are not even trying. Grass is not mowed, no bunkers have sand, just weeds and you have to take relief from all traps, tee boxes are terrible. The only decent part left of this course is decent greens. Don’t waste your time.

I will be fair with their review in that I thought the greens were a 9/10 (inconsistent speeds but looked great) and the fairways were a 8/10 (needed to be cut). The bunkers looked as though they hadn’t been tended to this year (give a little slack cause of all the recent rain) and the tee boxes were the worst I’ve ever seen.

I decided to go play a different course on my birthday this year and I had a great time. This is a shorter course but the layout was challenging with out dominating your game. Some of the fairways were stressed out but this area has experienced a bout load of rainfall to date.

Greens were okay, but fairways were in terrible conditions as there were weeds all over the place. Rough was long and thick almost impossible to hit out of in some places.

Another course ruined by Great Life. I give them credit for the fairways that they are putting in new sod. Once they fill in in about three more years they will be great. Not all fairways are done though and those are totally torched. The rough is mixed with dead spots and dead pan lies. The tee boxes are mostly dirt. Th e greens are in very good shape although the flags are torn and worn. Take some water because there is none on the course.

The course is in poor condition. The tee boxes were horrible , chewed up, hardly any grass. The traps were terrible - no sand just hard baked mud and weeds. The traps hadn't been raked in what looked like months. The fairways were not in very good condition either. The price ($33) was more than the course was worth. I used to enjoy playing this course but I will not be back nor will I be recommending it to my friends.

The greens were in good shape, but the bunkers were a joke. They appear to have not been maintenance since last year. Courses that do not choose to maintain bunkers should not have them.

The fairways were poorly maintained as well. Overall, a fun layout, but I will not return until they take some pride in their course.

Course was in rough shape for early spring. Fairways were inconsistent in color and length. Bunkers were basically mud. Greens were the best part, rolling true and firm. Pace of play was brutal, but it was Good Friday so that made a difference. Overall not terribly expensive, but I won’t be in a hurry to play it again.

Excellent course once again however the course should bring in some sand and put it in th bunkers. The grass sod obviously didn't not do well over the past two years but still a fun course to play.

WOW! Beautiful golf course with amazing greens. Looks like they are stripping in Zosia fairways which will be great! Can't wait to see the end result. Don't like the bunkers? Don't hit it there!

Greens were fantastic, especially for this time of year n weather. Nice track, especially par 3’s.

Only downside is too many leaves on course and lack of markers. All courses should have at least 100 n 150 yd markers. Course was empty, probably due to Chiefs game.

Course conditions get worse every time I play here. Tee boxes were terrible. Fairways aren’t good. Sand traps were unplayable. Greens were the only thing in decent shape. Don’t think I’ll be back.

Greens were in really nice shape, super soft to land on, and pretty quick even with all of the moister. All good except for folks not fixing their ball marks on the greens, but that's typical lazy players on a public course. Fairways are under going some re-sodding but winter rules applied so plenty of grass to hit off of 2ft away. I hadn't played here in a few years, I think Great Life has done/doing a pretty good job on this one.
