Bay Hills Golf Club

The course and challenge of playing it was great all around. To avoid costly repairs of golf carts, the cart path does need work as it was pretty bad in a lot of areas.

Greens were very slow, fairways were in great shape. T boxes terrible. Staff needs to be a little friendlier.

It had been a while since the last time I played Bay Hills.

I have always enjoyed the layout. I felt like the condition was a bit better then I remembered, especially on the front 9.

We did catch up to a 5some walking on 7, but they let us through at the turn.

All in all, it was a Nice return visit and we will be playing there more often again.

Course is ok. Fairways and greens are in great shape but cart paths, roughs and tee boxes are a mess. Also, they are incredibly understaffed. No starter, cart refreshment, or Marshall’s to keep pace of play under control. It’s kind of like playing out of a vending machine. Pretty much it runs like a self-service facility once you pay.

I play the course on Monday and Wednesday in a Mens league. It’s challenging and well kept. I would like to see the cart path only rule on holes 11-13 and during the winter. It really slows down play when it’s not necessary

This course should be in the $25-$35 range, not $54.

The starter put the foursome scheduled behind us, in front of us simply because they were 'regulars'. They were awful and with no one in front of them, we had a 5.5 hour round as a result. Ranger came by on the back 9, but not to help with slow pace but yell at people to keep it cartpath only.

Tee boxes and fairways were ok, but the greens were horrendous. The first cup wasn't even set in all the way and some pin locations made me think it was Greenskeeper Revenge day. On top of that, the green speeds were all over the place, very frustrating to deal with.

As for the course design, most of the holes were pretty good but it was bizarre that there is only one par 5, three par 3s, and fourteen par 4s.

So you book online and they raise the price when you get there. It was only $5. But still not right .

Really enjoyed the course. Pretty scenic in places and, while it is on the short side, it presents good challenges for everyone. However, no practice area, driving range , or warm up area. Could have used water on the course (or courtesy cart). Not many, if any, ball washers. Little things could be improved. But really liked the course. I’ll be back!

First time playing there and the staff was pretty welcoming and hospitable. The course was in nice condition and the greens are deceptively tricky. Hardly any break at all with the greens, but it was fun trying to figure it out. The golf cart I got wasn't in the best condition. You had to pump the gas pedal a few times just to get it to go, which is a bit of a pain. My tee time was 1220 and we had to get the cart back in by 4ish since it was a league day, so be aware of that. But we brought it in a bit later so we could finish up and the starters were cool about it. Pace of play can be slow especially if people are walking. It's not a long course but walking it doesn't make it easier. Overall a nice course and I'll be back again soon!

It is a short course with only one par 5 but no tricks on the layout. The rough is the type of grass you would find in your back yard so don't get in it unless you like unpredictable trajectories.
