Wonderful courses, staff and facilities. Great setting and many fun scoring opportunities.
Great course
First time playing Compass Pointe North/East, and even though it was still a little wet from the rain the night before, the course was in great shape. The pace of play was good, and the fairways were in excellent condition.
The only downside was the clubhouse bar—it looked like it had been cleared out for youth camp snacks, so we couldn’t order any specialty drinks.
Overall, it was a great experience, and I enjoyed it enough that I’m already planning to come back and play the South/East course soon!
Keeps getting better
I’ve been playing CP since 2007 and it keeps getting better YOY. What used to be known as Concrete Point has become one of the better conditioned courses in the region. Staff was super friendly and pace of play was great (granted I was the first tee time). Bermuda still need a bit of time, but July will help. Greens ran super true and very few ball marks comparatively to other courses in the area.
First time playing this track and was very impressed. Greens, fairways, and tee boxes were in great shape and the greens ran fast and true. Even though I got a hot deal its worth the normal round price imo.
Great course with 4 - 9's
Compass Pointe is always a good round. I played South - West today, Fairways and greens are in good condition. Go play!
Almost-Perfect Round
Course conditions were perfect! Everything else was as good as they can be for a Public Course.
Recommend allowing players to get to the first tee 1-2 minutes earlier than the exact booked tee time. That 1-2 min stretching-warming up, and get your mind in the game would allow players to start at the exact set tee times.
Worth the $$$$
I am a Golf Pass member so I received a good price on the round. While other courses in the area are charging $100 or more for a round, this was a great value. The tee boxes are good. The fairways and greens are excellent (a little slow with the rain the night before) and they have rough. I have played other courses that are already losing their rough or it is inconsistent. We played on Sunday afternoon in 3:45. A foursome out for a good time, let us play through without problem. If you haven't played, get over to Compass Pointe. Played NorthEast.
