Fine afternoon
Greens in great shape but the fairways are toasted making approaches and wedges very difficult due to the hard surfaces.

Great Time Always At Stone E Lea
Terrific staff ... great inside or outside grill for bkfst or lunch and/or drinks ... course always fun - tree lined -- great variety of holes .... fairways are mostly burned out since they don't have sprinklers for the fairways ... but greens and surrounding are excellent ... always a great value ...

Grass optional
Fairways bare dirt&burnt grass! tee boxes&greens were ok. I guess thats what you get with no water or rain, but this is the first course that i have played at where the cart fee cost more than the greens fee!!

Beautiful Day
Caught a 75 degree day, pace of play was fine.
Course was good..greens heavy but true..can’t let them dry out with very hot spell lately

Great value
Played this course a few times this year. The greens are a bit slow, but in good shape. Overall course is in decent shape for a public course. The staff is friendly, courteous & accommodating.

Worst round of golf I’ve ever played
The starter was sending people out every 8 minutes. In front of us was a 4 - another 4 and a two. The two people in a cart were hitting 3-4 balls each hitting 3 in the woods then looking for them, thanking on their phones and in no way keeping up with the pace of play. We waited almost 10 minutes not just on the tee boxes but every shot. It took 3 hours to play 9 holes. At hole ten the twosome was 5 holes behind the group in front of them when they started only 10 minutes behind them. I told the starter and he did nothing. I walked off the corse and quit. Slowest and Worst round of golds I’ve ever played. No irrigation, the corse was in terrible shape. NEVER PLAY THERE AGAIN!!! I’ll go to a corse that has a ranger that keeps the pace of play and doesn’t let 2 people ruin dozen of people’s experience!!!!
