Great course/ Hidden gem
This course is really wonderful and tree filled ( which sometimes my ball likes as well!) It is well laid out and we’ve never been pressured from behind. We’ve been here twice and will absolutely return. One or two holes had dry brown patches but most were green.

Just a delight
From the starter greeting me in the parking lot, controlling the flow of traffic to carts vs walkers...to his directions...to the pro shop check in...smooth as silk...
Putting green was open and usable and the starter kept me informed as my group formed...just well done!
This is a course, that, if they can ever remember to NOT cut the FAIRWAYS too closely, the grass would have a better chance of strengthening. At this time of year, the course is in excellent shape...come summer in it full heat, one might be aware...Please, let the fairway grass have a chance to grow...even if it means just an 1/8th to 1/4 inch more height on existing mower settings...help fill in a few more of those preferred lies
The greens were, true and fair on their rolls. The bunkers in great shape even though missed em all for a change...
Great value and look to see if there is another round there soon...

Golf Now
I made a tee time on Golf Now for 18 holes at 2:00 pm. This morning I had a voicemail from Golf Now telling new I could only play nine holes or I could cancel but I needed to call them to let them know because of afternoon league play. Golf Now is not accepting calls and pointed me to an in line chat. Well, the on line chat didn’t work so I couldn’t cancel and lost $50. I don’t blame Stone E Lea. I love the course and the owners. I will never use golf now again.

Challenging
Course was in great shape.
There are a lot of challenging holes which i like.
I think there was only one good size hill so its good to walk or ride.
With the great price I'll be back again this week

Little work needed
I would cut the grass lower outside of the fairways. Certain areas need better cart paths. Overall it was a nice experience.

Family that takes care of this place is great, the tee boxes and greens are always in great shape and you cant beat the price. Been coming here for years and don't foresee any reason to stop. Thanks!
Great Day Under The Circumstances.
The course was in great shape, The pace of play for the most part was fairly quick because of the State Of Mass distancing guide lines due to Covid 19. The greens were aerated what appeared to be a few weeks ago but were in pretty good shape. Excellent value for this Golf Course.Getting a lot more golf in with my adult sons because of the Stay at Home policy..Overall a great Day. Have already scheduled a few more rounds. Its worth the 45 minute trip from Boston for me.

Great Affordable Golf
The price was excellent & I was pleasantly surprised with the condition the course was in. The people that work here are SUPER friendly & I had a fast paced & fun round. Will definitely be back.
