Merrimack Valley Golf Club

The course was in excellent condition. Pace was somewhat slow for a weekday afternoon. No sand trap rakes for some reason and one tee box under construction so hole played short. Multiple water hazards afforded sightings of Canada geese, some with chicks, ducks, a Great Blue Heron and even a beaver.

The course and amenities and pricing are outstanding. Unfortunately, the pace of play seems to be sacrificed. I will try another day and hope for better luck

ITs a beautiful spot, views are amazing, the clubhouse is great. Best sunset views and the new upstairs spot is great for drinks and food.

Very nice staff and the course is in great condition for April, cant wait so see it this summer. Played on Patriots Day and the course was booked up but still had a very good pace of play, slowed up on the back a bit but overall good for how busy it was. Food at the restaurant is great as well!

Its one of the prettiest courses around. Always a good time, for the time of year they did great with the leaves on this windy day. One of the prettiest courses around.

Some leaves to be expected overall great conditions the greens were very sandy in preparation for winter.

I’m fairly new to the game ( 3yrs). Great course layout. Can be challenging for new players, But definitely worth it. Pace of play was good. Course was in great shape, Considering it being so late in the season. I’d recommend getting a cart, Course is somewhat hilly. Definitely recommend checking out the restaurant, food was great and scenery was amazing.

Classic! They take your money and as soon as you step on the course you can tell they are not putting any money into the course conditions. Tee boxes that are all hacked up, not level, greens punched and ridiculously sanded by amateur staff, it was like putting in a bunker they put so much sand on these greens. We observed golfers cutting in front of us on Hole #10 after the turn and then had another group try to do the same on #17. Ridiculous! No Marshalls on the course. A 2-star for this place was a stretch. I’’m a member at a network of private clubs in Canada and a 9 handicap. This place is a total joke as to how it is run. Course layout was interesting but everything else was garbage on all dimensions that are important to serious golfers. AVOID. Spend your money elsewhere.

There was a frost delay that they did not notify anyone and it caused an hour and a half delay . They also punched the greens and were very sandy which they also didn’t let anyone know about .

Course is not boring, one of the better designed courses in the area open to public. Plenty of drivable holes, some really challenging holes. Recommend you get a cart, due to the nature of course layout. It is in great shape at the moment.
