Good course bad golf
Didn’t have my best stuff that day but a fun and challenging course.
Value
Good course for the money. Boot he’s the day before and had quite a few tee time options.
Fun, challenging course
The course was in great shape, except for a couple rough tee boxes. It’s an interesting and challenging course, that require more strategy than big bombers. I’ll definitely play it again.
Course conditions ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Fairways are excellent, greens are immaculate, although the pin placements can be very challenging some days. Fun course to play!! I'll definitely keep coming back!!
It's been a hot dry summer...
And either there are a lot of places the sprinklers don't reach. The greens are in good shape. Quite a few of the tee boxes not so much. Fairways are burning (which is fun for rollout...until you try to stay short of a hazard across a fairway).
A fun course. Mostly open. Only a couple of forced carries, and those aren't too long. I would pick a day when the high was in the mid-90s to play golf in New England! But, it's still not as hot and humid as playing in Florida.
Crystal Lake
The course is in pretty good shape, the sand traps need work not enough sand.
Nice course
I liked playing here, greens were all in good condition, pretty fun track. Pace of play was an issue, extremely slow on a Sunday morning. Group of 4 in front of us was lining up and putting out tap ins as if they were on the PGA tour. Ranger did drive by but didn't help speed things up despite people calling the office asking them to come out. Otherwise would recommend.
Worth the Money
Great for the price! Front 9 was in poor shape. Greens were very rough, and fairways looked like they hadn’t been addressed in quite some time. Back 9 seemed much better. The staff there isn’t super friendly, but I think that is just being very dry.
Overall, give it a shot if you don’t want to pay much!
The tea boxes were in terrible shape and so many ruts in the golf parth area. You could have a ruptured spleen.
Liked the layout ,,,,,,needs more TLC
2 different 9's-
The greens were not in great shape, not sure why it seemed nobody fixes pitch marks. The front 9 is a bit tight and you definitely need some course knowledge to score. The back was enjoyable.
Fun round except for the heat
Course was in good shape even though it’s been humid and the course has been busy. The green insulation here is a challenge all by itself. Super friendly staff. Love playing here
