Hilly course, good shape.
This course is a good layout forces you to think out your shots. Very hilly, lots of uneven lies, challenging blind shots. A must if you appreciate this type of golf. Great views, elevated tees, fast greens. A challenge for walkers.
Hilly course in good shape.
The course has doglegs, up, down, blind shots, a good variety. Overall in good shape, t-boxes are beat up, fairways and greens in good shape. Fairway and green bunkers have lots of gravel mixed in, not consistent. A challenging course that will have you coming back.
Good course
Course is in good condition even after the snow storm two days prior. Not a good walking course because of the hills and some of the distances between holes.
Nice course in a lovely fall morning
This is a challenging course (for my cohort, at any rate, 20-25 HCP)- but in beautiful condition. Greens are lovely and while challenging, are true. A fair number of fairway shots needing a carry over hazards. A few holes - a long par 3 and the 18th- are frustratingly tough. Busy but moved well. Nice pro shop and lovely terrace for lunch.
One of my favorites, good challenge.
This course will challenge you to hit your spots, consequences are high. Miss on one of the rounded greenside mounds, the ball is gone. You need to plan your shots carefully. The course is in good shape and looks very nice, t-boxes are beat up and lack of sand in greenside bunkers.
Challenging course, fast greens.
The course has a good layout, placement is key. Prior knowledge is very helpful, very hilly, small targets, lots of carries, sidehill lies. Conditions are good, makes the course fun to play.
Not Worth It
I played last Saturday and left the golf course after 11 holes because it’s already been 4 1/2 hours I wasn’t willing to play a seven hour round of golf.
Great layout… no ball washers or water?
Challenging course. Fairways and greens in good shape. Some tee boxes need work.
Strange no water on course. No ball washers either. COVID is over!
Greens were good, but the rest of the course was rough
I have played this course since the day it opened. I enjoy the layout even though the course is very difficult. The greens were in good shape, but there were a lot of browned out spots in the rough. The tee boxes were not in good shape. The white tees on #11 have been in bad shape for a while.
Narrow but Fair
Really nice conditioned course, but beware, it is narrow and there is some target golf shots you have to make, including the first hole. If you are a senior, I recommend the 'green' senior tees, as it is plenty long enough at 5600 yards!
Pace of play for a twosome mid week just under four hours! Really nice....
