Good value on the Cape
Enjoyed playing this course. Staff is friendly, greens are in good condition - some of the best we have seen in New England. Women's tee boxes are sometimes hard to find. Call the course if you want to play 9 holes.
Fathers day round
Overall just under 5 hours to play seemed tough on a hot day. After the 4th hole were waiting 5 to 15 minutes for each the hole to open up. No starter, clerk in the office collecting the $$$ was not friendly. Almost seemed like he didn't want to be there. Course overall was in good shape.

Pace of play
Took us 5.5 hours to finish 18 holes. There was at least a 10 minute wait on every tee. I think they must overbook because I’ve never seen it so bad anywhere else.

Nice course for a great rate
Fun course and overall in nice shape. Fairways and greens were pretty firm with relatively small greens so it made approach shots challenging. Great price for summer golf on the Cape

Slow
It was a beautiful day and was excited to play However, when we arrived we found tournament in front us. No advanced warning that there was a charity tournament. We ended u waiting 15-20 minutes each shot Which made it a long day and extremely annoying. We tried to reach ranger and they didn't know if ranger was on. When someone showed up they did nothing to expediate play,
I have organized groups to this course on numerous occasions. I wrote to the course management about this and never got reply. Poorly managed course that i would not recommend

Not great
Pace of play was atrocious. People just appeared in the tee box ahead of you that hadnt been there before. There was no ranger to prevent anyone from jumping in on holes or going out of turn. The restaurant staff was incredibly unpleasant and condescending. The course itself was fantastic, but impossible to enjoy due to the absurdly slow pace of play and inconsistent enforcement of rules.

Course is challenging but fun
First time we played at Sandwich Hollow. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the speed of play, as we were able to finish our round in 3.5 hours. Challenging layout which made the course fun to play. Ball placement on drives is everything.
Overall, a course we would definitely play again.

Very disappointed
Painfully slow pace of play, ended up leaving but the staff thankfully acknowledged our frustration and gave us a rain pass for 9 to make up for the horrible experience. Sadly I cannot recommend this course to others based on today’s visit. Hopefully things will improve this summer.

food , golf and good people
The staff at this place is great , I enjoy playing here when I can the people and the food with the offerings is great better than most courses and great that they are open so you can enjoy foord golf with friends and family , my son came in from Myrtle Beach and my wife & I enjoyed our round with our 12 sons it was a great day for the family and the course the people here are just great.
You gotta have the chowda and the grille cheese its to die for.
