Slow, And Don’t Walk
The course is great, but as it’s such a tough walk if there’s even one or two groups walking throughout the day it will take them five hours and therefore it will take you five hours to complete a round.

Great course
Love this course and play here 5-6 times per year even though it’s about an hour away from where I live. Today was a bit slow moving. Waited on most shots for the group in front. Only course I’ve played since the Covid re-opening that runs tee times at normal intervals as opposed to the 15 minute gap between groups. This allows for more available slots but slower play on weekends.

Heavenly Workout
The course is in great shape, the rough is a bit long and the greens a bit slow but it was a fantastic day. If you’re up for a workout then walk the full 18. Very hilly and challenging over the seven miles. Loved every second of it!!

Keeps improving
I have been playing this course for many years because of its locale. It has really progressed with improved course conditions a very friendly staff and a nice grass practice range. Greens were surprisingly fast and overall conditions good for this time of year. As expected, pace of play was excellent with few golfers out there enjoying the winter golf opportunity.

Review
It’s early in the season here in New England so things need a bit of TLC. But all-in-all it was fun to get out and play this early in March 2020.
There wasn’t many people out today so the play was fast and I only found one ball. It was a beat up Nike I threw it in the lake.

Great to play golf in the middle of winter at 45 degrees! Conditions of course are to be expected for this time of year.

course was in great shape overall, great job removing leaves from fairways, Fun round and even finished just as rain started.

Pace was a bit slow but there were a lot of people playing on this great weather day. Friendly staff and course was in real good shape.

Course is Great, pace not so much.
This course is an excellent course. I really enjoy playing here. But today was a nightmare. We had to wait EVERY hole because a notoriously slow 4 some in front of us.. Eventually one of our party decided to leave at the 13 hole. The 3 some that was behind us, after waiting several times while we waited and played became a twosome when one of their group left on 14 and we became a 4 some to finish out the round. Needless to say we still ended up waiting to the 18th. A marshall would have solved this but since it was so late in the season none was available.

Great Golf Course Poorly Managed
As a single I know I will probably get matched with up to 3 other golfers. This time there were about 6 golfers scheduled at my tee time. There was no Marshall at the first tee so the 30+ people waiting were just trying to form a line to tee off. I went into the pro shop to see if some should tee off at the 10th and the answer I got was sure whatever. So I tee off the 10th and end up grouping with a couple of fellas ahead of me which was great. Need some organization at the tee box.
