I’m good condition
Good condition. Greens were fair. Bunkers need work and softer sand added.
Good Price to Course Quality
Unicorn is a solid municipal course. Conditions this year are the best I have seen since I have lived in the area and played it. Some good holes especially from the back tees, and your really cannot beat the price. You can hit drive on every par 4 and 5. You don't need to on a number of them, but your can. The last 2 par 4s have some length. Can get a little slow especially near the 4th hole, which is the 1st par 3 on the course. It is a municipal course not many amenities and not country club conditions, but a good course for a good value. close to Boston.
Nice course, great shape!
The early season rain has been great for this course. tje fairways are in great shape. Most greens are in nice shape and not super fast. A couple tee boxes are getting renovated.
Great staff, small, but nicely equipped pro shop. The restrooms still need a major renovation.
But overall a good value for the money.

I play unicorn every Wednesday with a local club in town..I have to say thank you to the entire grounds crew.. from the beginning of season the greens were terrible coming out of winter time..but today the care the guys have done to this very busy golf course is just shocking..fairways are awesome the greens are fantastic ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not an “‘easy “‘ course due to the narrowness of the fairways . Some long par 4’s and not many easy “ par 3’’s .
Work being done on hole 7 was unfortunate as the temporary green in front of the work being done was poorly done .
Overall , if your looking for a quick 9 and have some skill , ok to play
Terrible overpriced
Came up to Boston for a round with old friends and booked this on golf now. Figured for $50 it should be a decent course. Nope. Terrible conditions. Slow af. No cart girl. 9 holes only.
Good for working on your golf game
Pretty easy track and pretty average layout/conditions. Greens had been aerated so forgiving that. For the money and ability to get a rez the day before, as well as very friendly staff, I recommend it. Also like that it is so close for me living in Charlestown and that I am going against traffic to get there in AM.
