Charlevoix Golf Course

This course is truly a “hidden gem” although since a major highway bisects it, you can’t say it’s all that hidden. But worth the stop? Absolutely.

I would say these greens are Top 15 in Michigan. They roll so true, and are quite fast and firm, especially for Northern MI. This is from a guy who plays country clubs regularly. These greens hold up against country clubs all day every day.

Only saw 4 people on my round. Finished in 90 min. A nice walk. I’ll be back for sure. Superintendent deserves a lot of credit for such a well maintained property during a difficult summer!!!!

This muni is perfect for a cheap, peaceful round of golf. It's in good shape and easy to walk. I don't think you can ask for much more out of a municipal course. It serves its purpose very well. If you're driving by and have an hour and a half, you certainly can't go wrong here.
