Dearborn Hills Golf Course

Very short course, many Par 3s. Many of the Tee boxes were in terrible shape. Overall the course is worse than the Detroit Muni courses for about the same price.

The staff are great; professional, polite, friendly and the course is getting better every week.

If you want to practice your short game this course is ideal. If you want Bad rough, fairways on the few par 4 on the course and terrible tee boxes on ever hole, this is for you. Given all that I understand. The course is Plague with constant flooding after heavy rain. Courses on the Ecorse and Rouge River sheds are victims of flood plains. Would not play again this year. Conditions are rugged.

This place has a decent layout for a par 60 course, and it could be a fun track, but the conditions really took away from the experience. The tee boxes and greens were absolutely trash and made the round more frustrating than enjoyable. The only way I’d say it’s worth the price is if you can book a Hot Deal. We planned to grab lunch afterward, but Birdies restaurant wasn’t even open on a Saturday afternoon. Bummer. Unless the course conditions improve significantly, I don’t see myself coming back.

Truly disappointed to pay $40 to have the tee boxes covered in sand and weeds. Also disappointed in the the so called “starter” lettting a group of 6 people tee off on hole number 10 as we made the turn! The greens have sand and craters in them! Don’t waste your money going to the his course absolute joke, tell your friends!

They are working on fixing the course up. The greens were in their best condition they’ve been in for years. The course is a work in progress but it’s a fun little course that’s great for taking ppl cpt money

Long drive to find out that I could only play the back nine.

The greens aren’t maintained as well as they could be. A lot of added strokes due to the greens not being manicured to a level the one would suspect of a Dearborn Heights muni. I’m not saying it’s legal plunder per se, but awfully close. Odd that people want to turn the 200k homes on the course into 500k homes but when you actually play the course it still plays like 100k homes course. This place has a lot of potential if they’d spend a little more on a greenskeeper.
