Shamrock Hills Golf Course

I had booked an 11am tee time thru the App, but unfortunately my garage door broke, so I needed to do the repair. I called course and asked if I could come later and they said because of Leagues, I should come around 5. When I got there they had leagues going off both the front and back. Finally, I was able to follow league on front around 5:15pm. Unfortunately, this was the slowest foursome I've ever seen. One of the carts probably averaged about 16 strokes a hole. 2:45 to play nine holes. There was no one in front of them. I played the back 9 in an 1:05. There are no Rangers on this course, and it shows.

Well worth the money. Greens are in excellent shape. Tends to play longer.

We had not played this course in a few years, it is in much better shape. Highly recommend it.

Some awesome holes like the water holes. Very beautiful. Great staff. Excellent practice green and driving range.

Biggest issues: Tee boxes all seemed to be crowned. Need to be flattened. 4th hole needs work. Hit second shot right down the middle approaching green and roles into the woods. Not really fun when the course just funnels your ball down off the course. Couple of the holes on the greens were literally on hills. At one time they may have had tiers but no longer.

A really nice cheaper course, the layout can be confusing.

I'd definitely recommend playing this course.

for being late in the year for golf. the course was a little worn. View and layout was good the golf cart was great. staff was helpful. the older golfer were very considerate but we did have a younger two group players that decided hit their ball back onto their course even tho we where on the tee off are and they were right a head of us less the 20 yards
