Love this hilly old girl!
100 plus year old plus course with lots of hills and character. Third time now playing it as it is an hour each way but for the deal on golfnow worth the drive.
Course in great shape, beautiful fairways and lightning fast sloped greens.
Great Course for the Money
I stumbled on this awhile back and it hasn't disappointed. Some straightforward holes, but some real shots to make on others always makes me want to play again. I enjoy using all the clubs in the bag. Matt, the pro and usual honcho in the shop, is a real peach. Friendly and helpful, he wants to create a great experience for the guest. Will play again.
Good way to end the season.
Got one of the hot deals on golf now for The Legacy. First time playing this course so wasn't sure what to expect. Found the course had a nice mixture of different shaped holes and plenty of sand and some water to deal with. The greens had been aerated and were very bumpy. We decided that once you got on the green it was an automatic two putt unless of course you made your first putt. Beverage options at the turn were very good, pretty much anything you wanted. All in all it was a great way to end the season and couldn't beat the price.
Holy rolly moly , over 100 years old, Fun!
Scored a great deal on golfnow and this was our second time here on a cool , windy Tuesday 10/15/24. Course had the big plug air rating which sucked. Nice foliage.
It’s an hour for us so it may be a once a year course. Hard to believe this was a private country club. So many nicer newer courses closer.
I would give it a try.
