2nd green. This is a long par 3 and the green is quite small. This hole is a tone setter for a round if I've ever seen one. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022

The 15th green here is one of the more picturesque on the course. Another slightly crowned green than notches itself behind a front left bunker. whatever you do, don't go in that bunker as there is water straight behind the green. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022
first time
due to weather in this area the rain must have been a factor as the fairways were a little rough … uncut … lots of doglegs and some water to navigate your shot
Quality Course
Always a good time at this course. Love to play it once or twice a year.

They Could've Done the Right Thing
A dear friend of mine is home on leave from the military, he deployes to Afghanistan in 2 more weeks. He's had the flu for the last few days, and asked me to sub for him in a foursome. At the last minute, he said he was ok to golf. I was halfway to the course when he told me, so I booked the next tee time. I asked the guy in the pro shop if we could just play together (as 5)? He said it was fine. Let me be clear: there was NOBODY behind us. After the first 3 holes, some 90 year old came after us about playing 5 persin, instead of 3-2. Again, there was NOBODY behind us. He threatened to kick us out. So we split up. This old cogger stalked us the ENTIRE course, watching us like we were child molesters.
We will NEVER go back here again...

Great value
A nice course overall. A nice variety of holes. Greens were in good shape. Some easy holes and some require a straight drive through a wooded fairway. Some take your ball over water. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll play this again. You won’t be disappointed.

Ironwood course layout was very nice Okreek keep was very good even though it rain we kept playing.We had a good time can’t wait to go back

first time
greens were slow and fairways could have used a cut … overall challenging with dog legs left and right … you can't spray your ball to much here … very tight in some places that are tree lined holes

Not great
Tee boxes hadn’t been mowed, fairways weren’t in great shape, and cups hadn’t been moved in awhile. Playing as a single I pushed through quite a few groups, and a ranger stopped and asked if groups had let me play through which was nice

Surprisingly Good
Super cheat price point, greens were in pretty darn good shape and faster than expected......not long by any means and not particularly difficult.....but the perfect place to knock off some rust or play quick and cheap

Starter
The supposed starter had no idea what a starter is. No such thing as a t time we got there and he said just get in line, we stater approximately 40 minutes late. Two people in our party had to leave after hole 13 because of the slow play and late start time.

Course good, drinks not so much.
Charged $5.50 for an extra shooter of well vodka just to make our Bloody Mary actually alcoholic. $12.50 for a mediocre bloody is kinda worse than playing in the rain.
Good course for kids and learning
Nice course if you get a good deal. The course is mostly wide open but does have a few holes with trees that can challenge your tee shot.
On Fridays they have dollar hot dogs and beer which is a huge plus.
Nice staff and friendly service.
Gas carts that go fast, was a plus! Not overly taken care of course but also not like hitting on pavement. Small greens.

Nice course. In good shape. Staff was pleasant. The holes where you hit across the water were really pretty. Had a touch of difficulty here and there. The holes that are tree lined can jump out and get you!.
