2nd green. This is a long par 3 and the green is quite small. This hole is a tone setter for a round if I've ever seen one. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022

The 5th hole here is a par three with a carry over water. The green is slightly crowned so it plays small. A picturesque hole. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022

The 15th green here is one of the more picturesque on the course. Another slightly crowned green than notches itself behind a front left bunker. whatever you do, don't go in that bunker as there is water straight behind the green. Photo submitted by BuffaloBen15 on 01/04/2022

Holes too close together
Course seems very congested at times, holes too close together..... but I do make a point to play it once a year because it's close to me.

Good for beginners
Course was in good shape they did an aeration on greens makes them a bit bumpy for slow putts but it was still fine little faster greens than other courses in the same aera not even close to tour speed . The fairways were pretty forgiving if you loose a lot of balls normally its pretty hard to loose them here very open on most holes just be ready to call 4 if you slice or draw bad you are playing at other golfers often they have a few really cool holes that u can loose a ball or 2 in other than that I had a good time nice work ironwood.

Accuracy a must
If we're being honest, Ironwood should've really been a 9 hole course; they've just managed to squeeze 18 holes onto the same area. As such, you hit a bad slice and you can easily wind up two fairways over. Pace of play was slow-ish, but not awful. Course was in good mid-season condition.
