Bad Round
15 minute delay to start the round with ideal conditions. It sounded like they double booked a lot of people causing the delay. We waited an average of 5 minutes per shot because of the slow groups in front of us. The ranger followed us for 3 holes, saw we were waiting and accused us of causing the back up. The course conditions were average at best. The horrible pace of play wouldn’t have mattered as much if the ranger actually did his job instead of following the wrong group. Won’t be back.
Great layout
Excellent golf course! The course layout is challenging and the greens are fast and true rolling. The fairways are perfect. The staff moves things along perfectly. I highly recommend you play Bee Tees. They do not have a liquor license.
Bee Tee First Time
Overall was happy with the course, although price was a little high for 9 holes compared to similar courses in the area. The starter was very friendly and the course is well maintained. Would definitely golf here again
Terrible management of tee times, starters, and rangers
The course was in good shape, but I am very displeased with how they treated our group and managed the pace of play.
Course was booked solid on a Sunday morning (tee times 8 minutes apart), yet the starter encouraged everyone to hit 2 off the tee b/c “the first hole’s a b*tch and everyone’s just out here to drink beer.” The starter then couches a single ahead of our foursome. There were roughly 2 foursomes behind us watching us tee off, which was more than 10 minutes after our tee time. Starter comes out to us 4 holes later and tells us to pick up the pace as we’re hitting our approach shots—despite him not going up to the single immediately ahead of us who had just walked off the green. The group behind us must have been upset at pace of play (despite them watching a foursome and the single tee off in front of us), so the ranger came out and proceeded to follow us every shot for 3 holes. Finally, the ranger realized it wasn’t our group holding things up and went to single to harass him.
I play ready golf and am always conscience of pace of play, keeping up with the group in front of us, and watching for groups behind us. I’ve also worked on two golf courses. This was by far the worst experience of starting/rangering I’ve ever encountered. Would give zero stars but for the course condition.
first time
This course recently became public.
It seemed like every hole was a dog-leg right .... I dijdn't like the layout being a lefty
Nice Course - Short off tee
Nice course, for the price of $50 for 18/Cart. Plays fairly short off the tee only a handful of holes where driver is needed. 200-225 clubs were the top used off the tee. Greens looked patchy but rolled nice, only complaint was the holes appeared to only have been cut once on the weekend. A lot of overgrowth and some hole damage was seen. Would play it again for the price.
Course Now Public
Name changed to Bee Tee. Course has solid layout and good conditions.
Rude Staff
We tried it out the course last year when it was not on Golf Now. It was the first year open to the public. We were playing as a threesome at a normal pace. We got done in 2hours. When we got to the last 3 holes the group of 2 behind us kept hitting up on us and almost hit us with there balls. When we got done and confronted them they said we were to slow, that it should take 1.5 hours and were very rude. It just so happened it was the starter and an old member of the club before it went public.
Will never go back to such a course that thinks they are better than you and the course was not in that good of shape.
Nick I am the manager at Bee Tee, my apologies for the bad experience. If you could please reach out to me I would like to speak with you. Your business is as important as our reputation and we strive and pride ourselves on our customer service.
