Lakes of the North - Deer Run Golf Course

Course has a great layout tee boxes, fairways, and greens in great shape on back 9 just aerated the front 9 greens in great shape.

The course looks fantastic! It’s in great shape the tees, fairways, rough and greens are in great shape. The greens roll smooth and true. I should of played more rounds here this summer it’s worth the cost and I would put it up against any course in the area

Great course, great conditions, greens smooth a little on the slow side for how good the look making putting easier. All good here no negatives except I had no internet connectivity, I use a GPS APP so had to use the yardage makers which were easy to use and found them accurate..

Compared to other courses in our area, Lakes of the North is exceptional. The fairways and greens are always in perfect condition. If you play very early in the morning, as I did, you will not encounter any slow play. However, because the maintenance workers are out there tending to the course, you might want to bring ear plugs, as it is very noisy. This course is so beautiful that it is a pleasure just to play there.

Love playing this course! Well maintained, not too challenging but challenging enough. Very friendly staff. I play this course multiple times a week and I will continue to play here

Made mistake of coming on weekend with wives who were newer golfers. Was not the best idea and i didnt know this would be an issue.

Had 4 groups go right by us. Sorry course.

It's still my favorite course. Everything about it is great!

I assumed that there would be a lot of water on this course, but the name is deceiving. The course was in great condition and it was a pleasure to play. Three guys in front of us were very slow but we lost them at the turn. When we checked in, there was only one guy to do everything, so that was a little bit of a bummer as we had to wait for a while for range balls and coffee. Overall, I would play it again!

The round great— but we were unaware that the bar- restaurant was not open on Monday or Tuesday- so we’re disappointed that we couldn’t get refreshments / lunch. Fortunately the course does have water available. Otherwise perfect!

Beautiful condition with tough reads. Flat rolls and soft receives made for fun day

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Course was fun. Difficult in spots but in good condition and greens were nice. This course is a great value.
