Good course but hard for beginner
Generally good course. Nice course condition. But, it could be hard for beginners. And, the staff at the pros hope was okay, you know...
Beautiful course
Beautiful course. Very well maintained. No starter on first hole and no ranger anywhere. A group of 4 jumped in front of us (twosome) on 10 which slowed us down significantly. We weren't in a hurry, but someone to manage things like these on the course would be beneficial to all.
Challenges your game
This course is better courses in area for price. Always in great shape. Look no further for challenge for all skill levels. You will want to put in course rotation.

Course in GREAT shape!
Even with a power outage (big storm night before 4.5-5 inches of rain), drainage was excellent. As you would expect the greens quickend as play progressed. I play the seniors tees (74 years young), still a challenge to clear some waste areas. Extra balls required for my gave ;) . I believe if you play this course, you'll be back.

Amazing course, but…
I love this course. The layout, atmosphere, conditions, staff, driving range, carts, all top-notch. There’s really nothing else to be said about how amazing this course is.
BUT.
The leagues have taken over this place. I literally can’t find a day of the week where, as a public player, I have a good time here. And I hate writing a negative review of this wonderful course, but holy smokes I paid full price today to be stuck behind 6-straight foursomes of ladies who literally couldn’t hit a golf ball. I played 9 holes in 3 hours, and found 45 golf balls in the forest while I waited. There has to be some room at this course for people who aren’t in a league.
First of all we appreciate that you love our facility and understand how getting stuck behind leagues can sometimes be frustrating. We do have leagues on Tuesday and Thursday but the other days are open for players just like yourself. Again, thank you for liking our facility and we hope to see you many times more, after the leagues or not.

Good Layout - Great Condition
The Medalist is a good test but fair. Course conditions were great and the service was good.

Nice course but
1. Very busy on a Sunday and it was s l o w.
2. Their carts have gps which works some of the time but they also have a crap ton of ads on the gps system which is super annoying and then you have to wait more than a minute at times for your yardages. We stopped using it in hole 2.
3. They need to do a better job of advising what tees to play which would help with the speed of play.
4. This is the type of course I personally don’t like. Where a wayward shot is heavily penalized by red or white stakes and lost balls. There are some quite narrow holes and if you stray, grab another ball because you aren’t getting that one back.
We are sorry that The Medalist didn't meet your expectations. We strive to provide a great atmosphere for all of our participants and are very sorry that it was a slow round for you and it seems your gps system didn't have a good connection. The ads should go away immediately when you stop. In the future if you find them having issues please send in a ranger request through the system and we will bring you another cart. We hope you will try us again and when you do you are able to hit every fairway. Thank you for taking the time to review our facility.

Course was amazing per usual. Manager or whatever guy working was very rude. Claimed we were late for our tee time and it was an error between their system and golf now’s scheduling. We were 10 minutes early just an FYI. No apologies. Great round though!

beautiful course
the course was perfect. well maintained and just enough of a challenge. my one complaint was we were a two-some stuck behind 2 foursomes and a pair of seniors that had been behind us all day cut us off on a hole and jumped in front. not sure what they're rush was because they never got ahead of the same group we had been waiting on. obviously this isn't the courses fault they were great. I will be back.
